“Finally, a contractor that delivered. From the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the final walk through, our experience with SMK Heating and Air was outstanding. We had three estimates done, and SMK was the most thorough. They listened to our needs and concerns, and presented multiple options with the pros and cons of each. Work started on the scheduled date at the scheduled time. As they began to build/install the system they again explained their plan and listened to our questions and preferences. We wanted the system to run as efficient as it possible, but we wanted to preserve attic storage space and have good visual placement of return vents. They addressed all of that. They were professional, courteous and were respectful of our home. They wore boot covers and laid out several drop cloths for the areas they we working in, and cleaned up daily. They had full access to our house while we were at work and we could have not been more comfortable with that. Our old (original 1968) AC system was two air handlers and two condenser units. The new system is a single air handler and condenser unit, dual zone, touch screen with touch and wifi control, smart system. There is so much technology in this system. We spent a little more up front, but it will save us in the long run. We have completed many renovations ourselves, but also have hired half a dozen contractors. SMK is the only contractor that we have been truly satisfied with. I felt good about writing them a check. Overall our experience with SMK was great. Given them a call.”
