“I highly recommend Rich AV Design because this is a company where you actually get what you pay for. I have dealt with so many dishonest companies that give you one quote and then you end up spending double. Josh is not the kind of person that would take advantage of a client. He is very friendly, dependable and knowledgeable. From the start, he provided my wife and I with exciting home automation options. He wasn't pushy, trying to sell us products just to make a buck. He was respectful of our plan and gave us recommendations based on what we wanted to do in our house. High quality work was done on our timeline and he told us if we had an issue to call him anytime and he'd come back to walk us through anything we needed to know. At first, my wife was a bit hesitant and didn't want to spend the money to install and sync up our home audio, video, security, internet, remote access, etc. She isn't so tech savy. However, she is very happy with what Josh installed for us and he has made everything so user friendly that she brags about her new skills to all of her friends. Thank you Josh and let me know when that new Savant system comes out!!!!!!!”

“We hired OSAV to install lutron lighting and shades control in our home. The level of professionalism and technical aptitude is unmatched. We are beyond happy! Since the initial installation we've hired them again to upgrade our wifi and wired network and they really delivered. Our new system is so much faster, more reliable, and cost a fraction of what our previous system cost. I cannot recommend OSAV enough! We are planning on upgrading our media room soon and will without a doubt be using them again. Thank you, Oleg and the rest of the team, you rock!”

“Jeremy was very accessible, explained things in a way that a non-tech savvy person could easily understand, and did an excellent job installing my AV system. Based on his recommendations, I purchased a nice LED TV and accessories and am really pleased with the quality and thought I got a good price without the hassle. Any time we have had issues or wanted to alter or adjust our system, Jeremy has responded quickly and taken care of all our needs--from readjusting our wiring after we did some renovations in the room where our system is, to helping us get out internet to work faster. I would highly recommend him for all our AV needs”

Robert Allen Multimedia sent out items that were needed that were not immediately available here and worked tirelessly with the locals here to make sure the job would be done right. “Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.”

“I first used DTV to do the telephone and entertainment systems in my Apartment. I found them to be totally professional, extremely capable and they were not only fairly priced but talked me out of some thing that were unnessacary and could be done in easier ways. I was so pleased with their work that I had them update my summer home in Southampton. As in NY they showed up when scheduled and did a terrific job at a fraction of the cost of local tradesman. I recomend then and hope they do not get so busy that I cannot get them when needed.”

“Working with JMG was a pleasure and overall, a good value. They provided me with all of my low-voltage service needs including the installation of Control4 home automation system. They did not try to sell me more than what we needed, dealt with the other subcontractors very professionally, and made sure everything worked the way it is supposed to work by the time they were done. “Vivid-Tek Hidden Home Theatre is a brilliant design solution to one of the great design problems facing homeowners: how do you create a world-class screening room set-up without having the wall space to do so? Mark Motyl has found the answer. Exhaustive research to source the best audio visual equipment, combined with high quality cabinetry, allows the owner to have their cake and eat it too: I bought a cabinet that is roughly 10 feet long to go against a wall packed with art in a NYC apartment. When I want to watch a movie or television, I open a hidden compartment in the top of the cabinet, push a button, and a huge screen unfurls right out of the cabinet. Voila— a home projection movie theatre experience. It has been an awesome way to avoid having the ubiquitous black TV that hangs in every home, and instead be able to hang art. The screen retracts and hides away again when you are done watching. The quality is projection-room performance — state of the art levels. The sound is it truly surround sound -also incredible too. I think Vivid-Tek is the best thing to happen to home entertainment and to home decor that I have seen. I would highly recommend this product as well as the top level customer service Vivid-Tek provides. 10 out of 10 score!”
