“We built our house with Jack in 2008. The house is gorgeous, the design perfect for a mountainside site and quality of construction is outstanding. Jack has a great eye and came up with design ideas, while being open to and implementing our vision. We have received many compliments from people who have been here. Jack was very helpful in all aspects of the building, selection of fixtures and finishes. Perhaps most important, we are from Minnesota and were not here to look over construction often and we trusted Jack implicitly. That trust was well placed. Our expectations were more than met, communication great and budget met with adjustments that we agreed to. Since move in he does not "abandon" the project, but responds to any questions or small repairs that are needed, finding the appropriate licensed professionals to fix a problem. As far as we are concerned Jack is the best and would build with him again in a heartbeat.”

“The guys from Iron Forest are very professional and provide highest quality of craftsmanship. We had multiple projects done by the crew and everytime the outcome was very pleasing. Between my ideas and John's (owner) and his workers', I was able to creatively express my idea of the project and they were able to put it to life; very often guiding me through and suggesting their own version/ small changes to make the project even better. The guys are pleasure to work with; always friendly and similing.”
