“I have had this contractor complete 6 projects and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism. This contractor's honesty fares well with me because I like each project done right. He always lets me know what he will be doing each day. I especially like the fact that if he runs into any problems due to previous poor quality workmanship, he will tell me and then correct it. He gives each project the time it needs instead of rushing and cutting corners to meet a deadline. At this point, he is the only contractor I will have at my home.”

“Pat Weber, with Ingenuity, LLC, has been a colleague of mine for several years. Pat is extremely thorough in his projects and builds a home of exceptional quality and value. He has a fine attention to detail, and the subcontractors that he chooses to work with are held to those same standards. He built 4 Periwinkle Ct. in a subdivision that I developed, and having seen that home, as well as others he has built, I would highly recommend his work as a contractor. “Working with 4 Forty Four has been one of the best professional relationships we've ever experienced. Kevin and his team strive for excellence in everything they do. They carefully listen to the client and truly care about every detail of the project, including fostering a great relationship with us. Kevin assigned us a spectacular project manager who is in touch with us every day to let us know where we are in the process, keeping us informed and at ease. They also provide weekly reports on our budget/expenses keeping us on track and within budget. Everyone warned us about the stress that comes with building our own home. “Ben did an outstanding job for us in helping us select a house plan, lot, modifying the plan, reacting to requested changes during construction, follow-up during the year after closing and move-in. After we lived there for 4 years and we moved to another town, Ben did modifications for us in our new house there, and did an outstanding job again for us. I wish we were closer to Ben so that he could do more mods for us.”

Arkiay Construction worked on my Home project and the results were nothing short of excellent. Their initial quote was accurate throughout the project and there were no cost over-runs. “Headwaters Enterprises is #1 in my book! They're a rare find in the world of construction being talented, top quality, honest, AND reliable. If you want to see the work they do in person, come check out our bicycle shop! Our retail space was a maze of small offices before Headwaters transformed it. Now we have a beautiful showroom, practical repair shop, and efficient office & storage areas. The attention to detail, clear cut choices of products & materials, and finishing touches are so good, they sometimes become the topic of conversation with our customers instead of the bicycles that we sell. The remodel went so well, we've even had Headwaters build a deck, install sliding glass doors, relocate a few windows, and even add chimney pots to our home. We look forward to more projects in the future!”
