“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “We have had two major projects completed with the Alberino Team within 5 years! The first job was an extensive remodel and reconfiguring of a 1956 home to update and give the place a new look and feel with custom features throughout. The second job was pretty much a complete gutting of the entire home including all plumbing, electric, furnace, ducts, insulation, etc. after fire and water damaged the property. The core Alberino team is stable, professional, and dedicated. Each team member is an expert in their part of the job and committed to making sure the work is exactly the way you want it. Joe Alberino and his fellow team member, Dan, are wonderful tradesmen and both made many beautiful custom pieces for our home. The company tradesmen are up to date on installing all the latest trends as well as being equipped to restore historical work on older homes. They will stay in your discussed budget and give you an accurate timeline. We hired them twice due to the workmanship and professionalism. They work well as a team and their many years working together shows in the way they get the job completed within the timeframe discussed.”

“The project which I am going to discuss is in regard to my kitchen. Having purchased a small condominium from the 70's vintage,the kitchen cabinets were in dire need of replacing. The name of Anthony Slabaugh was given to me so I contacted him. We set up a consultation time for which he punctually showed. Much time was spent (I ask alot of questions) in which Anthony (he listens well) professionally, patiently, and very politely answered all of them. I felt very good about what Anthony could offer. But heeding his advice, I did seek out other bids. My choice was to go with Anthony's business. The required meetings have been attended and the contract signed. Special consessions have been agreed upon .The cabinets have been ordered and an approximate delivery time is on the calendar. Although, the kitchen is not yet completed (haven't reached that calendar date, yet), I wanted to submit this entry more for the opportunity to disclose a wonderful business and good people than to win a contest. I am so enthused and pleased with the experience of working with Anthony and the employees at Anthony Slabaugh Remodeling and Design that I want others to know about them. Anthony and his staff are extremely knowledgable of design and are current as to product availability. Their prices are in about the same price range as ther competitors. But above all, I have been working with honest, forthright people who I believe have put my best interests above their own!”
