We were left with half completed drywall, wires hanging from our ceiling, and a completely destroyed carpet. Seth and SDC came in and not only fixed the sub-par job the previous contractor had done, but exceeded all of our expectations. He is professional, courteous, and absolutely saved the day. Seth and SDC also converted the stairs in our 1942 cape cod from a dangerously steep angle. The end result was perfect. “In April of 2016, we began the search to find the best contractor in the Cincinnati area to build a new addition and remodel our house. It was a difficult process, and after interviewing several contractors I was about to give up until a contractor that had worked on my kitchen recommended Legacy Custom Builders LLC. I was sold from the first meeting with James Kennedy where we walked through the house and discussed the ideas around the addition. James walked me through the entire process and one of the best pieces of advice he gave me was to hire an architect (Darren E. Myers from Kenneth R. Bowerman, Architect, Inc.), also the best in Cincinnati. The entire team at Legacy was committed from day one to meeting our expectations and staying within our budget. From the initial drawings, through the city variance process, and finalizing the budget paperwork, Legacy and Darren were there every step of the way. Our project was certainly not the biggest job Legacy had going on at the time, but you would never know because both James and Rob make sure no matter how big or small the project is...the client is made to feel that they are the most important. Our 675 square foot addition and exterior remodel, while well under the million dollar price was done with such care and craftsmanship, the neighbors are still complementing us months later on how wonderful and fantastic it is. Legacy transformed our home. Once the construction began, Rob Kennedy took over and managed every detail of the construction. He was onsite almost every day for 6 months. He listened to my ideas and he worked with me to implement them. He made sure things turned out exactly as planned. Rob Kennedy is honest, caring, concerned, accountable, and clearly knows his business of building houses. Construction is not always a smooth and easy process. Things can arise at any time that are unexpected and to the home owner may seem overwhelming and insurmountable. However, Rob is always cool and has a plan of action. He is patient and takes the time to explain all of the options and is only concerned that the client is happy in the end. I can't thank him and his team enough for everything they did over the 6 month period to make things right and ensure everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Overall, I cannot say enough great things about Legacy Custom Builders LLC. There are very few businesses...let alone contractors that are so honest and upfront with clients. It makes a tremendous difference. We couldn't be more pleased with how the addition/renovation turned out. We're lucky to have found Legacy. “I had called several contractors to come out review my job and provide an estimate. Many never called back or came and didn’t follow up with a quote. Houzz sent a lead to Cody/Little Home Repair. He came out at the agreed upon time. Looked at the project and confidently stated he could do the job. He explained what he anticipated and showed me where the water was gaining entrance. He followed up with the quote exactly as promised. He explained that once they got into the wall the quote could change but didn’t think it would be significant. We agreed on price and the work began. I was throughly impressed with his team. They all worked great together. They put up barriers to keep dust to a minimum. Every evening they cleaned up. They laid down carpet protectors wherever they would be walking. Because there was damage to a weight bearing seal plate, he suggested contacting a structural engineer. We took his advice and the engineer provided additional expertise to the project. Project is finished and I am very pleased with the results.”

“Kellco Group, LLC is the new Identifying Name for the former Keller Services. New name for the same outstanding personnel and company. Our experience began with a request for a pricing of a flooring and painting project to prepare our house for sale. As the project began there was an emergency plumbing project that one company quoted for $7,500.00. Keller did the project, including discovery of a major requirement undiscovered by the first company, for 40% of the cost quoted. Keller Services then removed a wall between the kitchen and family room, installed new flooring to 90% of the house, provided the finest paint job to all ceilings, walls and trim in the entire house, installed new lighting on the outside, installed pocket doors and closet doors, and fixed things that were broken without asking. Every night the house was available for meals and sleeping. We have added garage door and exterior painting to the project. We are so pleased we are staying in the home.”
