“My projected started off as I wanted one side of my deck to have a patio laid instead of the river rock. After talking with Jake I added the other side of the deck to have the river rock removed and a walk-way laid. The project from start to finish took longer then I thought but it was mother natures fault for all the rain. Jake always stayed in touch with me and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I am looking forward to this summer to get to enjoy my backyard/patio! Highly recommend Jake!”

Dan Gomillion has become a critical member of my team as he maintains nothing but the highest of standards. He is punctual, makes himself available no matter what time of the day it is, schedules a job seamlessly and keeps a neat and clean site. His communication skills with clients is excellent and no matter what the question or concern, he will always take the extra time to ensure that everyone is working efficiently like a perfectly tuned machine. “The project was a kitchen remodel and an additional custom cabinet serving wall built in the dining room . I was so pleased with the entire project from the first discussion about the project to the last finishing work. Doug was very professional and most exacting in detail and communicated well with us throughout. The finished kitchen was amazing and he included many extras that I had never imagined. His crew was impeccable, kind and respectful of us as homeowners. We would not do another home improvement project in our home without him.”

“We received proposals from three contractors that were recommended by the architect. All were very good. We decided to hire LHI after negotiations and interacting with several of his subcontractors. We also met with his cabinet maker and the site foreman. The entire package was the best. We were not disappointed. The time line was extremely on tract for the 12 week project. We were informed of what to expect for every day and never had a day without some work being done and some progress made. We made some modifications to the deck and that turned out better than expected. We added another deck modification which was completed during this project by the same crew. The level of workmanship was outstanding by all involved. They isolated the work area with plastic and covered the floors in all areas they frequented, including the finished basement where much of the plumbing, electrical and construction occurred. They kept the garage storage area organized and clean. They cleaned up the work area at the end of every day minimizing the disfunction of having a kitchen out of operation. The worked very well with my dogs, two energetic Irish Setters. The entire project was well organized from start to finish. We have been very satisfied with the whole project. They have been most receptive to followup as needed.”

“Forest City builders provide amazing craftsmanship! They did our kitchen upgrade, and were professional from start to finish. Everything from recommendations on the design to sourcing the granite, they helped us create a space that we love. All of the workers were very skilled, cleaned up after themselves, and were personable. Plus, many of my real estate clients have used them, too, so I've seen many of their projects - all extremely well done! Steve is wonderful to work with - you will not be disappointed!”
