“Sound Structures, Inc. was an excellent company. If there were issues of which they were unsure, they would call to check what I wanted. For example when they were painting the outside of the house I was called to make sure it was the right color, because it was quite bright. It was the right color, but they checked to make sure. I love the rounded corners on the walls, It keeps them from getting nicked too easily. One of my friends, who teaches construction, came by and thought the work was excellent as well. They always kept me apprised of any changes taking place in the scheduling. The project was completed within the predicted timeframe.”

“Rodger Lovins was very professional, promised what he said he would do, stuck to his quote and his work shows perfection - best of all, our water leak has been resolved. He was able to work in our "little project" several weeks after we met which gave us relief from worrying about further water damage. His workmanship is professional and top-notch. His crew also did a nice job of clean-up. We appreciate knowing someone in the Somerset area who can provide excellent workmanship.”

“Had an addition built two bedrooms two bathrooms and small kitchen and laundry room. Very very professional always on time and came in almost 1000 under budget. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to build in southeast KY. They explained things as the job progressed and made sure we understood and were satisfied with the work that had been completed before moving in to the next phase of the job. And what impressed me more than anything else was how well they cleaned up at the end of each day and how well organized they were. I give them an A+ overall and for anyone that is interested the phone number has changed its 606 224 1186 . Just thought it might be important and I'm nit sure why it hasn't. Been updated on here”

“I recently needed to have a 42” culvert under my driveway replaced. Because a creek ran through the culvert, additional creek bank reinforcement and redirection of the creek was also involved. Concrete ends were in place around the existing, rusting culvert, and required chiseling out to allow the new culvert pipe to fit back in place. This was a big job as far as residential culvert replacements go, and finding a suitable and trustworthy contractor was very frustrating until a friend recommended Ronnie Spillman and Carter Johnson. Because I was worried about the job and working with a tight budget, they came to my place several times to talk over the job with me. They were patient and knowledgeable. When it came time to do the work, they showed up on time, worked hard, and went over and above what I asked them to do. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work, their attitude, and their reasonable price, and I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly. They’re qualified to handle any manner of home construction or repair issues—excavation, sewer lines, home construction, etc. They recently poured a new concrete driveway for a friend, and filled in her in-ground swimming pool to allow for a garden spot. These guys have been around for a long time, and they value their good name and reputation. Give them a call. They’ll treat you fairly and do a good job”
