“Adaptive Building Solutions helped us do a remodel on our home in 2012. They moved an staircase, expanded a bathroom, and added a closet. We were happy with the work ABS did for us - particularly the lovely built-in woodwork (shelves, bench, etc.). His price was more competitive than others who gave us quotes and was helpful in thinking about ways to adjust the project scope to keep us in budget. He was flexible along the way as we thought of minor additional changes we wanted to make. We would recommend Mike to others.”

“Once again Watermark Homes team of professionals delivers outstanding service and results with this our 2nd home renovation project with them. Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. It was again a pleasure to have the Watermark craftsmen and their well coordinated subcontractors working in our home. “Haig Construction renovated our half bath. Our home was built in 1939 and we wanted the bath to keep in the character of the decade in which the house was built. We wanted a new low-flow toilet and the wash basin had to be replaced because the built-in faucet dripped and could not be repaired. In addition, the space is very tight with the door just clearing the wash basin. They worked with us to find a replacement sink from a reuse center with the same profile as our old sink and looked original to the home. They also helped us find a low-flow toilet looked vintage. The demolition and reconstruction was all completed within 5 business days and included installing a beautiful marble tile floor. They stand behind their work and respond very quickly to phone calls.”

“Cordero and Corey did an excellent job on my bathroom. I wasn't sure about the design all I knew was this terrible pink had to go! Cordero went above and beyond helping me pick out items. Once demo began we encountered plumbing issues and old pipes. The team was able to assure me this would be no problem to fix. I am completely in love with my new bathroom (especially the Bluetooth ventilation system) and can't wait to have you all make my kitchen beautiful! Thank you for always showing up on time, cleaning up each day, and keeping the lines of communication open whenever I had concerns or a new problem occurred.”

“We had Finished Basements Plus finish our walk-out basement this year. It is no longer a "basement" it is now a beautiful extention of our home!! We love every square foot!! They really listened to our current and future needs as a family for the space. They successfully designed and implemented a stunning living space that met our needs in functionality (storage space, avoiding wasted square footage, kitchen and bathrooms) and aesthetically. We did do our homework first, we interviewed, checked referrals and had several quotes. We choose them based on their professionalism and their extensive experience. They were without any question the right choice!! The price and scope of work did not fluctuate through out the project and Finished Basements Plus delivered exactly what they said that would and more.
