“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“Northgate Construction has two partners/owners, Mike and Tellen. They recently did all the construction work for our new kitchen install. They have the highest level of skilled workmanship we have ever seen. They tell you the day before what time they will be there, and they are there at that time! They give you a very detailed and itemized quote. As with any project sometimes things come up that are surprises to both the homeowner and contractor. They worked with us to try and find a cost effective solution to our problem. They are very, very good at their jobs. They know how to do many many things and are excellent at all of them. They have professional associates as well available if need be. Here is an example of their quality of workmanship. The ceiling had new pot lights added and they mudded and sanded the ceiling. Before painting they didn't like the finish, and redid the areas they were concerned about, creating a flawless ceiling in the process! We never even noticed (and we are very fussy clients!), but they did!! That is the difference, highest level of quality is important to them as well. Professional, Professional and very, very Skilled! Do not hesitate to hire this awesome team!! I doubt you will find better!!”

“Zzone Homes has done 2 projects for us and they have both been delayed past the set time frame. Most recently, our project that was estimated at 4-6 weeks took about 12 weeks. This caused us some discomfort considering it was our kitchen. However, They do exceptional work and we are happy with the results.”

“2nd time around with Sosna and their team. Current project was 3 bathroom renovations but because of time restrictions we decided on completing main bathroom now and deferring 2 remaining bathrooms until a latter date. Project was for complete renovation including new fixtures and painting. Project started and finished when indicated. Workmanship, again, was perfect. They stuck to timeframe were amazing with all our questions along the way. Project turned out amazing, time commitments met. Can't wait to complete other 2 bathrooms.”

“I recently completed a kitchen project in Burington, On for a client of Wish List Home Improvements. Wish looked after the contracting side of things and we "Povey Custom Wood Working Inc." looked after the kitchen design, manufacturing and installation. The client was very happy indeed! However, what's not always noted or acknowledged through these reviews is the success and or the way in which our trades work together. I truly believe that a completed project will only be as good as every single component or each individual's input or service. This being said, the success of this completed project was in fact the result of not only outstanding trades and skills from Wish List Home Improvements but his and his trades ability to work professionally, efficiently and with the up most respect for each other and of course our client! I can think of not a single reason for not recommending Wish List Home improvements and there associated trades. I would happily work with Wish's team, in fact, I look forward to it! “Fabio went to our house to install the kitchen tiles and the laminates. His work was perfect in every instance and he actually did much more than he was asked. He knew we had only 3 weeks in total to renovate the entire house and he made sure not only to meet his targets but to also support the other contractors to meet theirs. He helped them to finalize the stairs and the tapping throughout the ceiling and walls. What an amazing result! I completely recommend him!!”
