“We hired Mike from M & D Builders to produce the full set of drawings required to our commercial building extension project in Brampton. He quickly scheduled to come over to our site to discuss the project further, he also schedule for his team to drop by the place for measurements and proceed with project. They were extremely helpful through the entire process and were able to have the drawings completed and submitted in a timely manner. Mike was always available by phone and email responding and helped me through my permit application process till we got it. I want to thank Mike and his team for the job extremely well done. I will never look for another firm and always recommend them to my colleges.”

“I am happy to provide a review for the team at Lumara Homes, who did a full gut and renovation for our older home in Forest Hill, Ontario. I must say, this was an impressive project, and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. First, let me start with the design process. They provided in-house design services, which included 3D renderings, drawings, and obtaining the necessary city permits. This made the design and planning process very smooth and efficient. The team was very professional, and they took into consideration our ideas and preferences to create a design that suited our tastes and needs. The renovation was a full gut job, and the crew ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The guys were very efficient and worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was completed on time. They were also very friendly and pleasant to work with. In fact, they were so easy to work with that we now feel like family! The finished product was absolutely stunning. The luxury finishes added an extra touch of elegance to the home, and it now feels like a brand new property. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the craftsmanship was of the highest quality. We couldn't be happier with the final outcome. “We wanted to update and renovate our ensuite bathroom last year and we searched around for a reputable company to do the work. We found HQ Construction & Supplies and when we went to get some information and consultation Ed was very helpful, courteous and friendly. He had an array of floor and wall tiles and vanities and we liked that he had staged bathrooms on site. Once we chose our colours and supplies, Ed promptly provided quotes and a reasonable timeline. During construction, he was diligent in maintaining a clean environment and made sure that the area was tidy when the workers left. He came every day to inspect and make sure the work was on schedule and done accordingly. When a times a few problems arose (hidden pipes) Ed was quickly to respond and explain the situation and the detours that needed to happen.We were very happy with the outcome.”

“I have used Bespoke over several years starting with small projects which lead to larger ones such as a basement and kitchen reno. Andrew has great background knowledge, good contacts and a hardworking crew. He reacted quickly to an emergency flood in our basement while we were out of town which prevented further damage. He is easy to reach for any questions or concerns. A bonus is that his wife is in design so he understands that part of a project as well.”

“When engaging a contractor, you always hope to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable, responsive, and reasonably priced. Finding the right one can be a challenge sometimes, especially during Covid. We found Kevor on HomeStars and took a chance with him. He did not disappoint from the start to finish. From the start, he was very honest with his scope of work associated with the pricing and schedule. We engaged Kevor’s team to renovate our Kitchen and foyer’s tiles. We also seek his helps to install our new range hood and coordinate the installation of our new kitchen countertop. Although the project was on the smaller side, Kevor treated us with respect and care. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in delivering a quality project on time. To be completely honest, at first, I was worried that we would be an afterthought for him because of the size of our reno. We want quality at a reasonable budget. He reassured us many time to not worry about timing, deadline, quality and budget because he wants to make sure we are satisfy at the end. He really kept his promises. I have never worked with a contractor that is as responsive and timely as Kevor. He started on the day he promised and completed the project early and within our agreed budget. His team was very efficient. Not only Kevor completed his project early, he was flexible enough to come back to help us manage our kitchen counter installation and range hood installation. He really made our life easier by being flexible and keeping his promises. This is all we could hope for. Would we work with Kevor again? Absolutely yes. He gained our trust. We are so glad we found him. Working with an honest, and responsible contractor is all we could hope for.
