“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“I would whole heartedly recommended Peter and his company for any building work you were considering; we would definitely use him again. We are the owners of Francis Road shown on Future Shapes London`s site on Houzz. As you can see it was a full house renovation: rebuilding everything from the roof to front path. Where Future Shapes London really stood out was in there professional and personal service: we met with Peter on a weekly basis and he was always prompt in replying to e-mails and calls. Peter provided great advice that saved us money without ever compromising on quality workmanship and safety. The company delivered on timescales and always used their time effectively: we viewed the work on a weekly basis and were always impressed by how well the work was project managed and also how they respected the house despite the amount of work which was being carried out. “Inscope Management carried out the refurbishment/building work for a recent interior design project for a large apartment in Chelsea. This included a new bathrooms and kitchen (their speciality). Their work was of a high standard and their professionalism, pleasant & considerate behaviour worked well, in this potentially difficult and dense site with many occupied apartments around. They worked within designated times, and cleared and cleaned the communal access areas each day. Very pleased with their performance.”

“RJDLM refurbished a property for me in Slough recently, the job was first rate. It is hard to find a polite, house trained, fairly priced contractor with this level of pride in the job willing to go the extra mile. They have since carried out a number of smaller jobs including at my local Church. The standard was unerring. I have just asked them to carry out some refurbishment works at another family property in Reading and I am entirely confident I can simply hand over the keys and let them get on with it rather than having to inspect and critique works along the way.”

“We had a great experience with Powerpillar LTD. We needed our entire kitchen remolded and updated. First, we had our consultation, which was scheduled within a week of contacting the company. The design consultant came to our house to discuss what we had envisioned and how to make it work within our budget. The design consultant was very knowledgeable and professional and sent us a quote and layout the very same night. We had many different installation specialists working in our house at different times. The project manager and all the installers were very pleasant and kept us informed of their progress. All issues were addressed and resolved very quickly, and if we had any questions or concerns, our project manager was always available to discuss them. Our kitchen turned out great and we will definitely be using Powerpillar for our next project”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right!
