“Dave Hepler not only builds a beautiful home, he also does a great job completing repairs to other homes as needed. I have had my real estate license in the area for nearly thirteen years and gone through numerous home inspections. Many of my clients use Dave and Hepler Homes for all types of repairs from new roofs, entire exterior wall replacements, and replacement of entire electrical systems. Dave and his crew work fast, in a clean manner and they are highly efficient, often facilitating a closing to be on time because of their great competence. Hepler Homes also works well with structural engineers where needed and they are always polite and respectful of my clients needs. Pricing is more than fair and again, the work is excellent. “We were in search of windows for our house we had estimates from the larger box stores and did not like their attitudes or the non willingness to listen to our budget. Justin was quick to respond and came in with an estimate that was within the range of the box stores. While he was installing the windows he noticed that our frames were actually in really good condition and advised us to not put new frames in and saved us over 500 dollars. He could have easily not done that and taken that money we agreed on but was very honest in the condition of them and the fact that they would look better with the style of our house. We feel he is very honest and does excellent and timely work! I would definitely use him again!”

This was a suprise for my wife, the job was complete ahead of time, when I only gave JC Smith a short window to complete. The quality of the work was second to none. “I hired Vetter Builders to build an addition on our house. Thomas Vetter, a master carpenter was so easy to work with. He really knew what he was doing. I had complete confidence in his workmanship. He is a reliable and honest man. He was always watching out for our bottom line and looking for ways to save us money. He and his son framed the house, installed doors, windows and siding. I was completely satisfied with his work. He has done a lot of work for some of our friends also who recommended him to us. You are in good hands with this man.”
