The reason we chose Ferguson Builders to work with was their reputation for quality workmanship and attention to detail. We absolutely love our home. The team guided us through each step and made the build process enjoyable for us. We really enjoyed meeting the team on site, they took pride in their work and were excited to show us around our home. Everything was delivered on time with our budget kept in mind. “Rilean Construction had already started the build for the client when I came on board to assist with the interior fit out and design. They were thorough in their communication and always approachable when things were needed to be discussed which is very important when client, designer and builder are all in separate locations. Their quality of workmanship is of the highest calibre and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to work with.”

“As soon as we found Modbox there was not a chance we would go through anyone else to build our home. The team are down to earth, understood our ideas and let us do it our way while guiding us 100% to get the project off the ground and just as importantly to get it finished. Now we are living in our Modbox we wouldn't change a thing, the house has been warm through a Central Otago winter using only one heat pump and holds it's warmth overnight. We love the design quirks that make a Modbox uniquely what it is.”
