“My wife and I purchased a home on Lake Norman 14 years ago knowing that one day we would turn it into something special. Over the course of owning the home we did a few little projects like remodeled the pool, resurfaced the docks, added a screen porch, built an outdoor kitchen and bar, etc. When we finally got serious about doing our inside remodel we called Mike Shalvoy with Patrick Joseph Destinctive Homes. I meet Mike through a mutual friend that used Mike and his team to build their house. After meeting with Mike a couple times we felt like he understood our vision, goals and budget. Seven months later we couldn't be more happy with the results. We completely gutted the inside of our home down to the studs. We took out walls to open the floor plan, raised ceilings and created a huge kitchen and entertaining area. All new water lines, electrical, insulation, sheet rock, doors and the list goes on. We have a completely new home on the inside that looks amazing.”

“Ryan and his crew jumped on a severe water leak(s) on a house we had just purchased. A wall of windows on the backside of the house was leaking with heavy rains. Ryan found that all windows were rotten and leaking from the top down. This turned into a much bigger job than we had expected, but Ryan was "on it" and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. He was conscientious about the house, property and our budget. As this was coming out of the pandemic getting supplies (windows) was a challenge. We had to change the whole look of the backside of the house due to the difference in windows that were available. Ryan dealt with these changes, under pressure from us, and honestly the house looks better with the changes. I would recommend KD's Elite Custom Building for your next home project.”

“This Company has been the best , very professional, on time and perfect work. They painted completely my house and redone the Kitchen Cabnets , also did a beautiful wall in my 20 ft height lo moving room that looks amazing in wood . If you want to get everything done correctly , that looks perfect and for a great price give Next Generation Remodeling a Call . Awesome customer service!!! Have used them several times personally and with company that I manage.”

“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. “We contracted Fernando to finish our modular home and make several improvements and upgrades. His timeliness, communications and ability to manage the various sub-contractors was excellent. I have been in the housing business for many years and I am honestly say he has been the most straightforward and easy general contractor to work with in my experience. He solved everything we threw at him, and at a fair timeline and price. The results are amazing. We are very happy with our new home.”

“I hired Chad Goodin's firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. This scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.”

“BAAS construction did a fantastic job updating my mid-90's bathrooms. The super-responsive team always got back to us immediately whether it was voice, text or e-mail. Project changes were handled seamlessly and the pricing was very competitive given how excellent the final work was. They even followed up weeks after the job was closed to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I will be using them for any work we need done in the future and highly recommend them!”

“Grand Living homes helped us build our dream house. They could not have been more patient, understanding and honest through the whole process. Building can be a stressful process but we felt they had our best interests in mind during the whole process. If we had to start over, we would hire them again as our builders.
