“Jim Falisi and Justin remodeled my kitchen/dining room, they gutted my dining room and kitchen and made it one beautiful enormous kitchen. It is perfect, we love it! Their work was professional, showed up every day, work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and there were no hidden fees, it was completed as quoted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.”

“High CALIBER QUALITY work is EXACTLY what we received from Anthony Rosario. We were in need of a kitchen remodel in our 1950's home...... Anthony and his wife, Carol, helped us every step of the way with this project. Choosing a design/layout, picking out all of the flooring tile, backsplash, counters and everything in between!! After the kitchen was taken down to the studs, Anthony came in and worked his magic!! He put up all the drywall--matching the new with the old...seamlessly!!! He created custom wainscoting, hung cabinets, built all of our trim from scratch! Because of the age of our home, I often referred to the project as putting a square peg into a round hole. HOWEVER, Anthony made it all fit together!! He had to customize so many things to make them fit in "this old house", and the result is PERFECTION! We couldn't be happier!! Anthony's pride in his work is evident in all aspects of this project-- he won't stop until it's exactly the way it should be completed. He sets a high CALIBER standard for himself and his projects! I highly recommend him for ANY job, whether it be a remodel or new construction, Anthony is the person you should contact!!!! With 20 years of experience, its guaranteed you will be thrilled with his work!”

“I had Irons build my 6100 sq ft. custom home in Ventnor NJ. The depth of knowledge John Irons provided was very reassuring to me and my wife. From the very beginning he worked with us and our architect to design a house that met and exceeded our expectations both from a design and cost point of view. Numerous times his advice saved us money and improved the layout of our house. John is so easy to work with and is honest with only the clients best interest in mind. He worked closely with my wife and offered design and even decorating ideas that even impressed our decorator! After we moved into our new beautiful home, John was always available to fix the little things that always come up. In today’s business world it is not often that I can wholeheartedly recommend someone but John is exceptional!”

“We've learned over the years that when looking for someone to entrust a significant home improvement project to, it's vital to make the selection based on experience, credentials, and most importantly, some shared values. We found that person in Kim Russell and her company Classic Coastal. Kim believes, as we do, in meticulous attention to detail, planning thoroughly, communicating regularly, insuring high quality materials and construction, and personal accountability. That accountability was demonstrated by Kim's visit to the job site daily - sometimes several times a day - to inspect progress and answer any concerns or questions we had. She's able to do this, I think, because she only takes on as much work as she knows she can manage effectively. We found her to have a great eye for design, but to also be practical in her approach. Her subcontractors performed well and her full time carpenters were true craftsmen. We plan to live in our home for many years, so it was important for us to work with someone who shared our values around quality construction that will hold up well to the elements in Cape May. We have no hesitation in strongly endorsing Kim and Classic Coastal based on our complete satisfaction with the substantial renovation she completed on our home.”

“My wife and I bought a house in margate In a great location but in need of a renovation . We interviewed and met with the local cast. But we never "clicked" with anyone. One day we went to see one of Robert's open houses to get some ideas. Well we clicked. Robert is the triple threat of architect, builder, and designer. He took our suggestions but told us what we needed to do for our renovation. He reconstructed the deck, added a 2nd story deck off the bedroom, and did a first floor restoration. Robert spent a lot of time on making sure that the final product "worked"-from the flow of the house to where to hang the tv to suggestions on which dining room table to purchase. I would highly recommend Roberta for your next project (big or small).”

“Bowman Walker Construction helped to make our beach home dreams come true. Thirteen years ago we bought a small Millman home in Villas, NJ. We had dreams of remodeling our home and adding an addition. With our own ideas in mind we contacted Lance and Dave at Bowman Walker Construction to begin the process. Our home successfully went from a three bedroom one bath home to a four bedroom two and a half bath, with a stunning master bedroom suite, porches and decks. At the time we lived five hours away from the construction site........we were daily kept informed of changes, problems and potential choices. The lines of communication were always open. When we visited the site we would do a walk through to discuss every detail. Our home is a beautiful example of their choice of detail and quality of workmanship. We are so happy and proud to own a Bowman Walker Construction home.”

“Ashley Construction replaced my roof. I have a flat roof that is difficult to do right. This is the only company that took pictures, explained what needed to be done, and did not pressure me to hire them. The work was completed soon afterward in one day. I have not had any problems with the roof. I have had problems since I moved into this house in 1996 with water leaking. I have had many many roofers come out repairing the leaks charging me $275-$450 each time never lasting more than 5 months. I had the roof replaced in 2005 and 2009 by 2 other roofers that obviously did not do it right. Ashley Construction is by far the best contractor I have ever had and will definitely hire them again.”
