“We hired Monica to build our home in Durango while we lived full time out of state. The entire project from start to finish went smoothly, communication was clear and consistent, we received daily updates and photos of progress, design suggestions and modifications made along the way enabled us to make the best possible use of the space. Her crew is professional, dedicated, clean, produces excellent quality and detail oriented. Monica is extremely budget conscious, regularly making suggestions to reduce costs and allowed me to make agreed upon purchases when I found something unique to add to our home. Our tastes aligned so it was easy to trust her recommendations for finishes as well. She went above and beyond to make this experience something far above expectations. We trusted her every step of the way and even gave her signed books of our checks to use along the way. I cannot make a higher recommendation and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome.”

“BWD Construction did an amazing job on our home in Pagosa Springs, CO. From start to finish they were very professional and trustworthy. They guided us through every step of the process, which was important because we were not in Colorado during the construction. They posted daily logs to keep us updated, and quickly responded when we had questions. We highly recommend the BWD team!!”

“Skywalker just finished a remodel in my home and I could not be happier. Not only were they professional, prompt, and skilled- they came in under budget and finished early. David Lubrant was our project manager with Luke Hanson overseeing the project was fantastic. The whole project went smoothly from start to finish. I absolutely love my new master bedroom!”

“I hired this firm to build my custom home of 3500 sq. ft. I have built many homes in the past with different builders but working with owner Bob Smith and BVB was he best decision I could have made. They were attentive to my concerns from start to finish and were and still are always available to communicate which is one of the main complaints between owners and their builders. The end result is a magnificent home within budget that I know was built very well and will command an excellent price at resale due to the overall construction quality and attention to detail.. I cannot recommend Bob, Jeana, and the staff of BVB highly enough for big custom projects, spec homes, or even remodels. I give them five stars +.”

“Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.”

“Our experience working with Jay and Lonna couldn't have been any better! Jay was very professional and willing to take the time to discuss my vision for the remodel down to the smallest detail. I appreciated how he listened to our ideas and then executed them perfectly! He and Lonna both had some great suggestions as well. Jay was always upfront with the costs and very diligent in sticking with the estimate we were given. Lonna was willing to help as much or as little as needed as I made selections for our finishes. The guys on the crew were always polite, respectful and easy to work with. We are looking to build again in the future and plan on using HomeLogic for our new build. The stress of rebuidling after a fire was made easier by having such a great contractor to work with!”

“I used Monty Whitman and his company to do a MAJOR 2-part renovation of my home in 2010 and 2011. My downstairs was entirely gutted, and he designed a new kitchen, powder room, added a master suite, and an art studio, as well as a patio, walkways, driveway and new cabinets in the upstairs bathrooms. It was done quickly, efficiently, honestly, and friendly. I would truly recommend him to anyone who was considering a renovation.”

“We are in the process of building a custom home with San Jaun Builders (.com) In Pagosa Springs CO We are on time and I feel ahead of schedule on the build. I want you readers to understand I am a passionate type of person. So bare with me if I seem to be over enthusiastic. First off Cobey and Erik; these two gentlemen have been a joy to work with. • my favorite compliment to them is that they LISTEN, they take notes, not just listening to be polite but so they can catch your vision for the home and property. • I have never heard either one say NO. They have helped coach me in the right direction on a couple of ideas I had that really were not practical. • I have never had to wait long for either one to get back to me on something. • I have been to the build site several times, and have met all the regular crew and several of the subs, I am just as happy about them. • I want to mention the excellent Craftsmanship I have noted; in fact I have pictures on my phone I would share with you but I can’t find the upload button on this site. Overall I could go on and on, so maybe I’ll post again sometime. One last thought is that I am 62 years old, so this is not my first rodeo so I am writing from experience. These guys are the best!!! You would be blessed to get in with San Jaun Builders (.com) Thank you.... Stan”
