“These guys completely remodeled my bathroom, and it looks beautiful. They made adjustments and allowances for my 95 year old house and kept me updated along the way. I had a plumbing issue that was not part of the contract but they were able to fix the problem and work through it. They were always friendly, helped me choose tile colors and design, offered suggestions, and were generally very easy to work with. I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects you may have.”

“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“Total kitchen renovation extending kitchen area by removing the dining room and having an open concept layout to the living room area. Project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame. Workers are professional and polite. As always in a major renovation project, you will run into some unexpected issues but the company will work with you financially and suggest recommendations to cut out extra costs at the same time overcoming any project issues. I will be hiring them again to do my next bedroom/bathroom renovations. I already have brought them back to extend my wood flooring into my basement.”

“Andrew and the ALC team built an amazing addition to our home. Many people approach the building of a garage as a separate entity, but from the very start, Andrew listened to what we wanted and created a beautiful garage and breezeway that looked like it was a part of the original structure of our home. We felt confident from our very first meeting, that their knowledge, connections and experience would help us get the end results that we desired and they did not disappoint! Their continued involvement in every step of the building and design process held our confidence throughout and eased any of our expected worries. The quality of materials, help and suggestions that their team utilized were all exemplar. The level of craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations and has been noted by all of our neighbors, friends and family and even the occasional deliveryman. “Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

“Comfort Builders redid our master bath. They started the project when they said they would and completed it on time. Baja was so helpful in helping to designing the project and giving recommendations on materials and suppliers. Emails, texts and phone calls were answered promptly. The affected areas were straightened daily to cause as little disruption to the rest of the house as possible. Once they completed the master bath we had them come back to do some exterior painting which was completed ahead of schedule. I have recommended Comfort Builders to friends needing remodels. I will use them again for future projects.”
