“We are currently contracted with Rainbow Valley for an exterior patio, stone/ concrete work, and a low seating wall with a roof that will tie into the existing roof; new windows and door on an outside wall; interior wall replacement. They have an excellent design/build process that shouldn't leave even the most nervous homeowners second guessing themselves. I believe their contract process is unique in that it is collaborative, team driven, and transparent. The project is just going into construction, but I have no doubt it will be done to the highest standards. This company is a pleasure to work with.”

“Let me start with saying, Jordan knows everything! Well, definitely everything that has to do with design, building and style!! I bought a house and Jordan helped me take a dated interior and turn it into a modern, comfortable and inviting atmosphere! I love it! If I was smarter, I would have just had him build me a house from scratch! Seriously, he is fantastic; professional, funny and just knows his stuff. I'll always use him for future remodels! ”

“Thayer Construction was super helpful getting the house I recently moved to ready to live in. Jared completed a number of projects on my house, including painting, stabilizing loose stairs, installing new faucets and towel bars, making and installing a missing screen, sealing a hole in the outside wall,putting in missing closet doors, and more. As a bonus, he even picked up and assembled a new office chair from a nearby store. Jared has a range of excellent construction skills, and will consult with other experts on tricky repairs to make sure it's done right the first time. His charges are also reasonable and he is definitely reliable.”

“Jeff Bergby is building our new home. It is a 2,000+ sq. ft. one story home. It will be complete in Jan. 2013. Jeff is very experienced and builds quality homes. He has a consistently positive, up-beat attitude on and off the job site. He has had several homes win in "tour of homes" in our area. Jeff has been very easy to work with, making suggestions but always letting us make the final decision. Jeff works hard to stay in budget and meet deadlines to the best of his ability. He's never pushy nor has a know-it-all attitude. The sub-contractors are very professional, also, and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend Jeff Bergby for constructing a new or remodeling an existing home.”

“W.L. Construction did three projects for me at my current residency. They put in fabulous skylights in two rooms. They remodeled our kitchen and then turned a horrible bathroom into a work of art. The team is amazing. Really amazing! I'm so happy with all the projects. There's not a day that goes by that I don't smile to myself and admire my bathroom. It's functions so well and is a work of art! Thanks you guys. I couldn't be happier with my kitchen and bathroom.”
