“Myles is a Very talented young man he definitely knows what he's doing when he comes to Working in and on homes! He did work in my house. I was so amazed with the work that he did the skills that he has. He did a really amazing job in my house and one my deck out side if you need anything done with your home or need rebuilds he's the guy to call!!! He also has a very big heart great with people and children and he's a very trustworthy person as well, percent can trust him with and around your belongings!!!! That's very hard to find today!! I will definitely be calling him back in the future for whatever work I need done!!”

“Mike did an excellent job building our new deck. He replaced our rickety old deck with a really sturdy beautiful new deck. He hauled away all the old stuff, re-graveled the ground and put a new concrete landing leaving everything clean. We are very please and will be working with him to install a new sliding door to open to the new deck and replacing our old siding for our house.”

“Had such a great experience working with Eric, D and Anna on our living roof project! We added a full wall of bookshelves and a Hearth Cabinet fireplace. “We have nothing but praise for Ty and his company. Right from that start they were very helpful and knowledgable. Their work was very neat and professionally completed. Ty designed and constructed a gorgeous pergola for the front of our house. We have had many comments on this and how beautiful it is. They installed a new roof and tiled our family room. All of their work is completed extremely well and they leave the job completely clean.”

“We have a very large very high porch overlooking the Hudson River. The columns supporting this deck rest on a patio. We woke up the morning after Hurricane Sandy to find the patio washed out and the deck just about to fall into the river. A neighbor spotted Mark working down the road. Within minutes (really!) Mark arrived with a crew and stabilized the deck. He subsequently rebuilt the patio which is much better than the originally one. The deck is now secure. Two neighbors also suffered from Sandy and wanted Mark to build concrete seawalls. The only way Mark could get heavy equipment down to do this was to use our bank. He promised to restore the bank. We gave Mark permission, and decided to have him also build us a sea wall. To us these sea walls appear to be first rate. Good footings and plenty of rebar. True to his promise Mark restored the bank and planted trees and shrubs that are lovely. After this Mark has done a number of projects for us, including putting in some modern windows, building bookcases, and waterproofing a cellar room. We have found Mark's pricing to be fair, the work first rate, and the work performed in a timely fashion. When needed, we will use Mark again.”

“Shawn and the rest of the Dakan team earned a solid 5 stars from us. My wife and I contracted them to build our first home. They were always available to us since Day 1. They have a great pool of sub contractors and the whole project worked in harmony. We needed a contractor who could hold our hand through the whole process and Shawn was the guy. He was very good at explaining our choices and he easily caught on to our "vision" of the home.
