“Stephanie and Steve did such a great job. They took our ideas and added to them to create our perfect basement. Stephanie had great insight into what we would like and helped us make the right decisions. Her background is definitely an asset. Steve's expert craftsmanship really shows through throughout the basement. His ideas on how to make our dreams into walls, arches, rooms and fantastic spaces was perfect. They took the extra step to identify a pre-existing problem that required a structural engineer to eval our home and then they took the additional steps to implement the solution. I felt that many others would have missed the subtle signs that he and his crew found. Post remodel, we had them come out to rebuild our chimney that became leaky and they worked on the roof in the hottest day of the entire summer. The entire team at One Room at a Time, Inc was fabulous. They all work well together, were respectful of our privacy and our home and really took pride in their work. We have plans to have them continue with other remodel projects in our home to include a master bathroom remodel and an attic. We give them our highest recommendations and have recommended them to family and friends. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“We needed a contractor to do some major alterations of our just purchased home. The remodel included: gutting, design, and installation of the master bath; woodwork, gutting and raising the ceiling in our dining room; tilework in the kitchen; rebuilding a fireplace; the need for several custom pieces; replacing doors and windows; overhauling all lighting; and painting every surface. We could not have more faith in, or admiration for, Greg Tabert of Integrity Homes, Inc. We have an older home that had undergone several remodels and the demolition revealed many unpleasant surprises which Greg handled calmly and effectively. He is above all a gentleman, respected by all of his sub-contractors who, by the way, were excellent. He is a creative and willing collaborator, always ready with a pencil and a head full of wisdom and ideas. He also gave us many cost saving options along the way. Our home is now stunning and we are thrilled to see our ideas executed so beautifully. We are planning to add a sunroom/porch in the near future and very much look forward to working with Greg again.”

“Ted did a major renovation/addition project on our home in 2012-13. He also did a small repair project for us this Spring. both times he was terrific. The work was well done. Pricing was competitive. He and his subs on the big project all showed up when they were supposed to, did their jobs very professionally and were a delight to work with in terms of flexibility, answering questions, making (sometimes not making) changes to the original plan, etc., etc. Ted has also built a house and done four follow-on projects for a close friend who had similar results. We recommend Ted to our friends and neighbors whenever we get the chance..”
