“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. I’d have no problem hiring them again.”

“After interviewing several general contractors to do an extensive remodel of our 1950s ranch home designed by architect Sophie Piesse, we selected Larry and Susan from New Dimension Construction. The project began in Nov 2015 and was completed in the Spring of 2016. We tore out walls to make open spaces, completely redid the kitchen and bathroom, upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and insulation, added a new roof, windows, and walls, etc. Throughout the project, we knew what work would be completed each week, what decisions we needed to make, and where we were with the schedule. Susan and Larry were great at communicating regarding different choices and the cost for each. There were no price surprises on this job. The worksite was kept clean and neat which was important as we lived in part of the home during most of the renovation (except for when the HVAC and flooring was installed) using a temporary kitchen. The crew was a pleasure to have around. Larry was extremely knowledgable and brought great subcontractors to the job. As always during construction, we ran into some unexpected issues> Each time New Dimension Construction efficiently and expeditiously helped us find a good solution and move forward. We think the quality of the work is exceptional. There is nothing we would change about the project.”

“The whole team is professional, knowledgeable and outstanding customer service. The handle inspection and securing there was no mold, gotta love that. After a toilet malfunction we woke up to a small river in our bathroom. Their team not only did a quote but was impressed with the video used give a full understanding of the remolding process. The prices was reasonable but I am opting for outstanding work over price, after all I have to keep this bathroom forever.”

“We have been living in our custom built home by Builders MD for close to two years now and looking back we are so thankful we chose this team. “We Hired KC's Home Improvement to do several projects for us. From the first meeting with Richard, Project Estimator to the completion of the Projects with Jason and his team this company has continued to set a high standard of craftsmanship and professionalism. We started them out with a small French door project, this job was completed on time and within budget. On the second project we entrusted them to turn a storage room into a finished Marine/Dad's Man cave. All work passed all City Building Code inspections and the craftsmanship was equal to or better than the home builders work. The contract was clear and the payment schedule was fair. This is the only Company we trust with our home. Thank You KC's Home Improvement.”

“I can't recommend this team enough. Sam came out to take a look at our crawl space due to a a water leak issue we were having, and it was the most positive interaction with any construction company I've had. They were on time, responsive, very professional and extremely knowledgeable; giving advice and answers to all of my questions. It would be hard for me to even consider going with anyone else after dealing with this company. You just don't find this kind of quality of service every day.”
