“Pete Pratley and his team did three large home renovations for my family over the last 20 years. We were very pleased with the results, the construction process and the competitive pricing that we received on all three. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in guiding us through the design, permitting and construction stages of the projects. He had many helpful design and construction ideas throughout the process that we look back on now and are glad we took his advice. Lighting recommendations, window selections, structural and foundation advice, plumbing ideas and others that proved to be very valuable over time. He met deadlines and schedules that were agreed on and was very clear when it came to changes and cost adjustments before they occurred. He and his crews were always a pleasure to be with and my family felt very comfortable with them in our home. He had a great attitude, great sense of humor and could be reached at any time during the project. I would highly recommend his company for both big and small home building and home renovation projects.”

“M Castle Construction designed and built a one thousand square foot patio with a stone wall. The patio was built on two different levels with a long stair case connecting the two patios. Santos, the owner, is honest and hard working. He took about three months to complete the project. His employees were kind and respectful. Every stone for the wall was perfectly hand cut. You can barely see any concrete between the stones. In person, the patio looks like a work of art. His stone workers are truly master craftsmen. We are completely pleased with the outcome of the project.”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “My husband Andy and I had been looking at remodeling our kitchen for some time now. We had met with several Design Build Firms and just weren’t quite sold on any of them until we met the team at 1625 D/B. The project was quite involved and included new cabinets, new floors, moving our stove and sink, as well as removal of a load bearing wall. They were with us every step of the way. Any questions we had they had a correct answer for us. I would highly recommend 1625 D/B and will 100% use them for any future renovating we do.”

“We are currently working with DDS on a significant exterior project that includes; roof, siding, masonry, and landscape design and we could not be happier with the services that are being provided! The attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. We have had several contractors provide us estimates and simply hand us a catalog to select materials with no guidance whatsoever. Edwin approached the project from an artistic point of view and was able to provide us with an image of what the house would look like upon completion which literally took all of the guess work out of the equation. Their team of contractors are very mild mannered and approachable and take the extra time each day to clean up and leave the work area spotless. We are beyond thrilled that we chose DDS for this project and look forward to our house being the envy of the block upon completion!”

“Honey-Do-Men is our go-to company! When we first moved into our home, we had a leak in the roof over our living room and bathroom. Darrell came to our home the same day we called and got up on the roof to inspect. He notified us that the roof was in poor shape and would eventually need to be replaced. We asked him to buy us some more time, which he willingly accommodated - and did a wonderful patch job that same day. Years later, we sprung for a new roof and gutters. His team came out to our house, completed the job as scheduled and did a superb job! His team also fixed our crumbling chimney with beautiful new bricks. Darrell was always available to answer our questions every step of the way. No matter what we threw at him, he swung our requests out of the park and accommodated every single last detail. He knows his stuff and will steer you in the right direction for your home and budget. His office staff is also amazing and helpful beyond words.
