“Inscope Management carried out the refurbishment/building work for a recent interior design project for a large apartment in Chelsea. This included a new bathrooms and kitchen (their speciality). Their work was of a high standard and their professionalism, pleasant & considerate behaviour worked well, in this potentially difficult and dense site with many occupied apartments around. They worked within designated times, and cleared and cleaned the communal access areas each day. Very pleased with their performance.”

“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”

“I had only positive experience from the first day of engaging with Excell. Yuriy went out of his way to assist us through the building process, patiently answering my questions, amending quotes as I changed my mind, as well as engaging directly with local authorities and architect. He has encouraged us to make decisions, without forcing his ideas and accommodated changes, even after the work has started. I love the fact that I can always get answers on my texts, email or phone calls, even on his days off. Despite the complexity of the project, building double extension on the side, single extension at the back and doing loft conversion, while leaving on the hill with no direct access from the road, I was told that work is ahead of schedule and I am very happy with the quality so far. Two months to go and I can't wait until can move into my new home.”

“I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.”
