They paid close attention to detail, communicated well all the way through, and finished on time - even when a hurricane threatened mid-project! The crew was professional, on time and respectful. “FHS constructors have done numerous projects on our home renovation since starting with our kitchen renovation and hardwood floor restoration. Scott Green gave us a true and accurate detailed estimate and timeframe upfront. He completed this job on time and to both my wife and my satisfaction. He just finished a 16*16 carriage house in the backyard that is a piece of art. He has also put a new roof on our home, his crew was finished by three o’clock in the afternoon on the same day and I still have only found three nails in my yard. They were efficient and cleaned up great. When my toilet downstairs had some structural issues his crew fixed that in no time and now I can do jumping jacks on it If I wanted to. After these numerous jobs we still would recommend him to friends and family because he is honest and gets the job done right. Thanks for making our house a home FHS!”

“I’ve used this company on two occasions - first several years ago to build built in bookshelves/bookcases and most recently to expand my fence and relocate gate by 10’. They did a great job on both projects. I was pleased with their timelines, communication, professionalism, cost, and the overall quality of their work. I’ve had them provide an estimate on a back porch and slab expansion. I plan to use in the future for additional projects and would highly recommend.”

“Grimball built an elevator shaft in our town house in downtown Charleston. Really nice work, all as quoted, and done on time. Came back as need when the elevator was installed and went over the quote and took off the charges for some work that did not need to be done. Were so dependable I gave them a house key and alarm codes. They helped find the right finishes and completed the inside of the elevator compartment for us when we were out of town. Just a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to friends.”

He provides detailed, accurate designs, anticipates everything the project might entail, and provides an estimate which encompasses the entire job. He is on site with his contractors, monitoring every aspect of the job. The carpentry and finishing details are outstanding. Frank works with the customer to personalize every detail, and has been flexible if changes are desired.We continue to use Dynamic Design-Build, and frequently recommend them to others.”
