“We had the pleasure of having Highline Design build our home this past year. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Patrick and his crew were very professional and easy to communicate with. The build had an insane amount of custom work and I was so impressed with the team's knowledge, craftsmanship and creativity. Their hard work and attention to detail really made it obvious how much pride they take in a job well done. When we ran into issues (ex: the cabinets I picked out didn't fit) Patrick took the time to listen, problem solve and help us come up with a new route that still led to our ultimate vision. The end result far exceeded our expectations and I recommend using Highline Design to anyone who has an ear!”

“Corey Rainwater Construction was an excellent company to deal with. He provided my family with excellent suggestions for the new windows based on our concerns. He worked with us to set a schedule for ordering the windows and got them installed in a timely fashion. The pricing of the windows was reasonable for three sets of double hung windows. The windows were replaced last May and have helped to keep the upstairs cooler during the summer months and warmer this winter. Mr. Rainwater and his crew were professional and pleasant to deal with. We were very pleased with the replacements and look forward to working with this company in the future as we replace more windows in our home.”

“Magleby is a top notch builder. We live in the Bay Area and our new townhome is in Sun Valley. It can be difficult to build a new home in another city but Magleby made it an enjoyable process. Destry Simpson was our Project Manager and he was amazing to work with. We were able to design and build our entire home through emails and photographs, visiting the construction site only once. We changed a number of the finishes and adjusted the floor plan. Magleby could not have been more accommodating in making sure our home turned out perfectly. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional! They were constantly updating us on any costs associated with our change orders. When issues arose, they communicated with us immediately. But, most importantly, it was a delightful experience working with Destry, Nate and the rest of the Magleby team. We can not recommend them more highly!!!”

“Joe and Tim added on just under 1500 sq. ft. onto the existing house, they worked closely with the architect and it could not have gone any smoother. The project came in on time! Their crew and subs were very competent and kept the job site very clean. They also were extremely careful when accessing the project to and through the existing house. I could not have been more pleased with their work.”

“Dennis Kavanagh Construction built our house north of Ketchum many years ago. When we decided to add a cabin on the property we immediately called Dennis. He was able to use an in house designer for our very small log cabin so the schedule fit perfectly with our hopes for a summer party there. Dennis and his team are the best!”
