“Gary and his team carried out some renovations for us on a highset timber house in Kingaroy. The team was very efficient and finished within 7 working days even though there was some wet weather. Gary went out of his way to get a painter in to finish the job. I cannot fault anything. We signed a cost plus contract at my request, knowing material prices were changing rapidly, but also because it was hard to judge whether there would be any surprises turning up, given some demolition was required. Still, Gary charged us no more than his original price estimate. Thanks very much Gary!”
