“I had my bathroom done a couple years ago by R & R. It came out REALLY nice so I had them do my kitchen. I absolutely LOVE how it came out. The quality is really good, and I didn’t have any issues along the way. I would absolutely recommend R&R. It’s so scary to look for a contractor. But this one was up to par.”

“Very nice to work with Bob Weeck and his crew. Everyone was very conscientious, considerate and clean and there was always very good communication. Beautiful, professional work. Completed project in timely manner and was always willing to listen, with a desire for the project to be the way we wanted it. “This was our second experience with Construction Services. Charlene’s design recommendations were wonderful – all to our complete liking. Michael’s general management made everything flow smoothly, and he readily accommodated all of our “extra requests”. The job was completed timely and thoroughly. Pricing was fair and paperwork complete. We would certainly recommend them and will use their services again when needed.”

“Gus removed the popcorn ceiling, installed recessed lighting, painted, did the crown molding, and hardwood floors. He was punctual, professional, and meticulous. We are going to need more work done in our home, and I won't even think of calling another contractor. Also, he's very competitively priced. Working with him is a pleasure! I highly recommend him!”

“Flavio built a deck for us. Not only it turned out beautiful (and I am very picky and a perfectionist!) Flavio was very professional and very reliable. I was very pleased with my experience with Flavio and the outstanding service he offered. So much so that I have requested Flavio for help with other projects for our house. The best part is that he has agreed to assist us once again. Now days it is very difficult to find someone that you can trust and that will offer you good service. “Wow! What a crazy ride!! Thank you Rudy and all of your crew. You all did an excellent job on our addition\ re-build. With my Mothers blessing, my husband and I decided to overhaul and nearly rebuild my childhood home. My mom had been in her home for 56 years with the last 3 years being alone. The decision was made to reside together, so rather than move mom out to live in our home, we moved in to her home and with the help of Arlington Const., we all reside happily together. We interviewed about 6 contractors. Rudy sailed to the top of the list. He runs his crew with leadership and is well respected by all of them. They all take pride in their work, work VERY hard ,and the job stays clean and orderly. Rudy does not manage his crew from a far, He was at the job daily and often several times each day. The Men are all friendly, kind and took to calling my mom Grandma ( which she loved. ) We gutted the house and started pretty much from scratch. Our addition was approx. 700 Sq. Ft. Total Sq. Ft being approx. 1,900 Sq. Ft. upon completion. Three bedrooms, three baths and a lovely open floor plan. You can not see where the addition begins or ends. It looks amazing.Thank you for referring us to your architect Leo who was reasonable and very helpful. Rudy, we appreciate your integrity, honesty , knowledge, and your love of doing what you do. Thank you gentlemen to all of you that had a part in building our lovely home. God Bless you.”

“People always talk about how choosing the wrong contractor will cost you a lot of time, money and heartache. So the most important thing we looked for while searching for our contractor was honesty and integrity. With Jonathan, that’s exactly what you will get. From the very beginning, Jonathan was very straightforward and honest about pricing, timeline, expectations, etc. In any construction, things are bound to go wrong from time to time simply because of miscommunication or pure mistakes. But Jonathan always tried to address those issues with honesty and went above and beyond even when they were not actually his fault. Also, we were looking for a highly design oriented outcome with many picky details throughout the house. It must have been challenging for Jonathan to deal with us, but he always pulled through until we were satisfied when the initial work didn’t meet our high expectations. He even threw in some extra work (with no charge) in areas we couldn’t even see just to make sure everything was done correctly. We only found out he had done that later when we were finishing the project. Overall, we had a really great experience with Jonathan.”
