Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. “A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“Troy and Mick were respectful & professional while spending the better part of 8 months in our home renovating our upstairs to create a walk-in closet and playroom area, replacing our railings & bannisters, while also finishing our basement. Pricing was done on an hourly basis. Custom work was completed on a featured reclaimed barnwood wall and walnut bar top as well as the railings & bannisters.”

“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“It’s been almost 4 years since we remodeled our kitchen and powder room and added a deck and we continue to love the result! Working with Charter made the remodel a fun and gratifying experience. We were – still are – delighted with their quality work, commitment to staying on time and within budget, and personable service. The project involved the complete demolition of our existing kitchen and powder room, bumping out two external walls and one internal wall, completely rebuilding the kitchen, and adding a deck. We also had them rebuild a set of exterior cement stairs that connect the house to the street. We found the Charter team to be highly professional, personable, and very easy to work with. They were on time, followed through on what they offered, developed a time line and cost estimate and stayed on schedule and on budget. They went above and beyond on a number of occasions – negotiating the best price and finding resources for us. Our project was incredibly well managed and appeared seamless. We were amazed and delighted with the coordination and timely execution of our project. I can’t rave enough about working with Charter. “I used Blue Sound Construction for a kitchen renovation that took the original kitchen down to the studs and also moved a wall and a window, creating a dining room where our library used to be. Blue Sound Construction suggested design elements and worked with us every step of the way to create a space that did what we wanted it to. They worked through some big challenges -- such as a significantly sloping floor and ceiling -- to implement the vision. The result is beautiful, an open, airy, clean-looking space that is a cook's dream. Not only is the kitchen beautiful and functional, the whole main floor of the house looks open, airy and much larger than when we began. The flow of the floor works well and the rooms lead one into the other. I feel like our house has been transformed. Blue Sound Construction did a wonderful job. The project took longer than we had expected (or been told to expect) but the end result was completely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sound Construction to anyone else.”

The 70 year old kitchen and dining room in our large home presented some significant remodeling challenges but we were thrilled with the workmanship, management and outcome.
