“Scott has the perfect personality, demeanor, interpersonal skills, and design intelligence to manage your house building project. We are in the final phases of our house build, and we have been a pretty high-maintenance customer for sure. We have had an unusually high level of involvement in our project, stopping at the site multiple times a week for hours on end. Scott has always taken the time to address our concerns and waited patiently as we debated the minor differences in trim styles, for example. LOL! We have had some pretty particular requests for our house design, and Scott just always says, “Just send me a photo and we’ll make it happen.” His common sense approach, practical problem solving skills, and work ethic are what have made this project move forward when it could’ve stalled. Because we have been at the work site very often and for long periods, we have gotten to see the quality of the work and how Scott interacts with the contractors he hires. He is respectful but has high expectations and isn’t afraid to ask a contractor to re-do something that isn’t up to snuff. Scott values doing things *right* above self preservation, which is refreshing in this industry! At the same time, I feel like he is fair to all parties involved. What I value most is I haven’t EVER felt that I had to question Scott and Amanda’s motives and integrity. Truth be told, we have gone to church with them for years, so we had the benefit of knowing them as friends before hiring them. Their impeccable ethics and honesty were the main reasons why we hired them to build our dream home. We simply couldn’t hire someone to take on such an important and expensive project who hadn’t first earned our trust. Scott and Amanda, please accept a huge thanks from our family. You have made this process enjoyable and low-stress. Thank you for taking such good care of our family!”

“Hines homes was very professional with everything associated with the building of our home. Everything that was given a specific time frame was done when the time arrived. They were also very helpful with the picking out of hardware, paint and lighting fixtures which saved us a good deal of money. I would recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a home.”

“They started building my house in October 2012 and just finished. I enjoyed the process from start to finish! When I asked for custom work, they never said no or we can't or we don't know how. They were very accommodating and and met all my requests and more and I tried hard to "stump" them many times! While this was only the 2nd house my husband and I have built, I think they are the best builders in the Little Rock area.”

“I met Dustin about 4 years ago when I contacted him about a lot that he had listed that was absolutely the perfect place to build my custom dream home. We began working together, along with the help of my draftsman to refine the details of my initial design. The design is a cross between mid-century and contemporary and definitely "outside of the box" for our area and most builders would never have accepted the challenge, but that was definitely not the case with the team at Hennard Custom Homes. I would have to say there is not one detail in the home that is not a custom choice, so it is always a challenge for a builder when every detail has to be questioned, but the line of communication was always open and I was always involved in each and every detail per my request. I hired a personal friend, Jeff Tathwell, owner of Tathwell Design Associates in Portland Oregon to handle the interior design details since mid-century modern/contemporary is his area of expertise. Dustin with Hennard Custom Homes was very open to work with closely Jeff and between the two of them, they have certainly created a work of art! I will be very honest, we have incorporated some very unique interior finishes that some builders would have literally walked away from if we had asked them to install them, but they are absolutely fabulous!! If you are looking for a builder to cut corners, this is not the team to use. I was onsite daily and got to know his subs and they all got to personally know me and they are quality team that take pride in their trade. I would highly recommend Dustin Hennard and the team at Hennard Custom Homes if you are looking for a quality, well built home for your family. They take pride in their homes and they stand behind their craftmanship. I couldn't be more pleased!!”
