“Our house was built with the owner of Creed Contracting LLC working as our contractor. Justin Penn helped our dream home become a reality. He was very informative on the process of things and he didn't mind the millions of questions/calls/texts that came from us along during the build. He's extremely knowledgeable in his field, and if he doesn't know much on a subject, he will do the research to make sure what you're needing/asking about is the right thing for you and your home. I can not recommend him enough. Very professional and you don't feel like just some customer. Should we ever have need for an add on or renovation, we wouldn't hesitate to give him a call!”

“I work with contractors throughout North America and when I arrived on the job site in Longview Texas, I knew that Brian brought a level of professionalism not often found in contractors. His project was a large luxury home and his customer (the home owner) wanted many specialty products not found in his local market, and that required Brian to expand his base of subcontractors and vision. Brian easily adapted to these needs, and our FirmoLux was one of the companies that he used to assist in his plan. We supplied his project with authentic Italian lime plaster finishes for walls in this great house and every detail and aspect of our involvement was clearly outlined and provided to us. “Had a complete bathroom renovation due to a leaking pipe. Did an excellant job. They came in and tore out the rotted floor, vanity and sheetrock. They helped get the insurance company to adjust their original evaluation which was fantastic, otherwise the correct repairs would not of been made.”
