Kim Hibbs was a delight to work with from first contact: friendly, honest, with our best interests in mind (including cost, quality of materials and workmanship). He is very organized and attentive, with outstanding communication skills ( he is a former TV news anchor). The entire process with HIbbs Homes was well-planned, including development of architectural plans, selection of materials and fixtures, development of budget, and every step of construction. Kim hires excellent sub-contractors, and he and his supervisor were on-site every day to monitor the work, to answer any questions, and to take care of any concerns immediately. What further distinguishes HIbbs Homes is their pricing structure, which allowed us to include high-end features (ground-source heat pump, the latest air-sealing materials/technology, granite countertops, custom cabinetry) at a much lower price point than any other builder we contacted.
