“Beyond pleased with how my home is turning out and I can't wait to move in. I was so tired of my landlord raising rents on me just because of oil speculation. I'm a research nerd so I shopped around with different builders and hands down Lynx homes has the best bang for your buck. I didn't want a large payment but I also didn't want to settle for low quality like Bettenbough (if you haven't heard the horror stories about their crappy houses ask around). I visited the construction site several times with my brother who's a general contractor and he said the homes are very well built. I'd say if you're like me and you want a very good home but don't want to pay $2,500/month like with some of the other companies then you should call Lynx homes. I worked with Ralph Medrano who's their Realtor, can't say how helpful he and his team have been throughout the process but that's a subject for another post. All around great experience.”

“We signed a contract with Juan to complete our family room which was nothing but walls, a concrete floor, an unfinished loft and a surprise room for our grandkids. Juan listened to us as we begin telling him what we wanted our family room to look like and our purposes for its use. Every detail of our finished room has far exceeded our expectations. Juan is very gifted with his ability and creativeness in working with wood. From the beautiful staircase and loft to the uniquely designed door frames. He also designed a sliding "barn door" to enter from the loft into the "KIDS" room. The hardware for this sliding door and the door itself only add to the beauty of the loft. We are now enjoying the comfort of our new family room as well as our grandkids are in their "surprise cubby"! It has been such a pleasure working with Juan who has Christian values. He always has an upbeat and possitive attitude and we look forward to working with him on future projects.”
