“Our house was finished 10 years ago, what I remember was that Geoff Lentz and I had a lot of laughs in the design process and still enjoy catching up from time to time. I showed him pictures of what we wanted and he came up with a stunner. I would change things now (not a lot), but one has to live in the house to learn that.”

“Great job on my bathroom renovation. Every contractor who worked on the project was respectful, hard working and professional. Project did run over schedule slightly but was well worth the time. Every stage was made easy with the planning done by Cameron, and I feel he really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Would recommend to friends and use again if ever needed.”

“"We have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for Aaron and his team. From the outset we were made to feel like we were priority clients # 1; upon talking with other customers this feeling was obviously not unique to us. All our questions, queries and opinions were treated with consideration and respect which is all we could ask for. We started the design process with some ideas of how we wanted the house to look and function and then Aaron took our ideas to the next level and made them a reality. He had the ability to create space where we could not and turn our simple squares into unique architectural flair. He often came up with multiple solutions to issues and helped us evaluate which alternative best suited our needs. We believe that Aaron's design process resulted in the perfect balance of individuality without compromising functionality. Once the design was finalised Aaron has the contacts and expertise to turn drawings into construction. He has knowledge of local builders, tradespeople and suppliers that gave us choices and options of which we would otherwise have been unaware. Throughout the build Aaron and the team were available to reassure us and answer any questions we had. The single biggest learning that we took away from the building process was that people who are recommended by others rarely let you down. Consequently we would not hesitate in recommending Aaron and his team to anybody considering building a home. “GJD quoted our shower fix (we had a rotting base that needed remedying for house sale) and fixing some exterior cracks in cladding. GJD came in with the cheapest quote and fastest turnaround. Furthermore they then delivered the result coming in ahead of time and budget. All the sub contractors were great to deal with and we were thrilled with the result. I highly recommend and will use again.”

“We had no regrets choosing Justin and his team. The building aspect of this project was challenging and because of JBH Building experience and attention to detail, they chose to discuss issues with us and then resolve with the owners, rather than just forge ahead with an inability to rectify. This has been invaluable to our build. Ours was a renovation - a substantial one. The team was interactive and intelligent, and were happy to use their experience and guidance if we felt stuck making a decision. “Excellent work. Quick with communications, and built to a high-standard. Any problems we've had, they've gotten right on to it to resolve, or at-least start the resolution process. Project manager (Paul), and client coordinator and design consultant (Sarah) were exceptionally helpful. As issues came up (as they always do with builds), they were eager to sort the problem, and ensure we were happy. Only minor gripe regarding clearing of gorse from section, as verbally agreed, but not done - it had overgrown in the meantime while waiting. But in the scheme of things, it's only a small thing. They're honoring the warranty period, and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.”
