“Osborne Construction came through after our previous contractor bailed on us prior to finishing the job. I had seen some of Osborne Construction work on Houzz, it looked great and within my area so I called Brian Osborne to see if he would be interested in finishing the job. Brian came to our house, gave me an estimate and a timeline for completion which was within my deadline. All aspects of the project were completed on time and within the estimated budget. Work included, installation of a custom fabricated stainless steel counter top with integrated sink including all the plumbing, tiled kitchen backsplash, installation of Red Oak flooring in family room, and a custom built Redwood mantel with slate insert into the flooring in the living room. Brian was very responsive to my e-mails and phone calls. He would always respond timely. I had never dealt with a contractor that would return my calls and e-mails in such a timely matter. The work was excellent...professional and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Osborne Construction on any other projects that I have and recommend him highly to any of my neighbors, friends and family.”
