“Pinnacle Homes did a master bathroom remodel for us this Summer. They totally gutted the existing bathroom. They installed all new tile around shower, floor and back splash. They re-configured the layout to give us a much larger shower and soaking tub. The removed part of a wall to open up the floor plan and bring in more natural light. We couldn't be happier with the result. Christian and team kept in constant contact with us regarding the status of the project and expected time to project completion. The Pinnacle team was wonderful, very professional and pleasant to deal with. We felt very comfortable with all of the Pinnacle team members that came to our home. The end result has surpassed our expectations. It's beautiful and is exactly what Christian and team promised to deliver. We will most definitely seek out Pinnacle Homes for any future projects and will be recommending them to family and friends.”

“The entire Preferred Builders crew is extremely courteous and professional. During the complete build of new houses for both my parents and my family, they worked very closely to meet our desires, and ultimately built a very high quality house that has had zero issues over the first 18 months. The Preferred Builders crew still asks if I am happy with my house when I see them around town, at the local pizza place, at the lumber yard, and when I see some of them at church. “My experience with Heritage was totally positive. They came out, evaluated my problem, explained what was needed to fix it and provided an estimate. I had a large bump in my sub flooring. They repaired the floor and put down a new wood floor. They were always polite and answered all of my many questions during the process. I knew when they were coming and what work was going to be done. When it was time to pick out the flooring they were patient and allowed me to take time to change my mind before ordering. A contract was signed prior to the work and the cost to me remained the same, even when the problem proved to be more difficult than anticipated. I love my flat beautiful floor and the process was without stress or worry. I would, and have, recommended Dan Harder and Dan Reiger at Heritage Home Works to anyone that wants work done on their home. I hope to use them again in the future for other projects.”

“Wichita Home Works did the repair work on the basement of a house we had recently purchased. The exterior wall was bowing in and water was seeping in from multiple locations. They took care of the structural and moisture issues in a very timely manner. Quality control and communication were top notch. In addition to our primary residence they have done work on a number of our rental properties as well.”
