“Dan was extremely professional and accommodating to our vision for a bathroom remodel. He not only had the skills to completely change the layout of our bathroom, but the patience to understand the results we wanted and make our dream bathroom come to life. We were very impressed by his tile work and the pace at which he worked. He was respectful of our home and cleaned up the work space at the end of every day. Dan was excellent at communicating and included us in the decision making process for all design details. He quickly resolved any issues that came up and kept us in the loop for changes that needed to be made to keep our bathroom beautiful, but most importantly functional. We will be hiring Dan for our future home projects!”

“We spoke with numerous builders and started our building project with one other builder before finally finding Freese Custom Homes, and are so glad that we found them and decided to have them build our home. Todd was amazing to work with from the very beginning planning process all the way through to following up after we moved into our home. Instead of working with an architect, we had Freese Custom Homes design our house based on some ideas we had and are incredibly happy with the floorplan and design we ended up with, not to mention the cost savings over using an architect. Todd was able to design a house that was laid out just like we wanted, and also made sense from a builder's perspective so there were no architectural surprises during the building process. Communication throughout the build was great, which was very important as hiccups related to covid supply issues arose. Todd was able to work around all of the issues that came up and found reasonable alternatives when the selections we chose were no longer available. The end product is above our expectations and we couldn't be happier about how it turned out. If I had another building project in the future, Todd would be my first choice without hesitation.”

“LeMier Phillips remodeled our master bathroom and did several other minor electrical, plumbing and structural upgrades. We love our new bathroom! The craftsmanship is excellent and the results are beautiful. The process was nearly painless because the workers were respectful of our space and our home. Any remodeling is a messy project but LeMier Phillips did an excellent job of minimizing the mess. We found them easy to work with and responsive to any concerns. They exceeded our expectations in every way!”

“Bernie Miller is a talented and thoughtful professional and his company provides quality products and services at a fair price, since 2000 in the South Puget Sound in Washington. Through Quality Renovation LLC, Energy Efficiency First LLC, and now BC Renovation LLC (and woodworking), Bernie has experience doing numerous aspects of residential remodeling and repair, building performance, and wood craft projects. His well of knowledge and skill are broad and deep; he is collaborative; and he is well connected with other tradespersons and resources in Thurston and Lewis counties. He's remodeled five homes that I've purchased, remodeled, and then sold or kept as rentals, many of them from top to bottom and from frame to finish. The work has included exterior and interior building repair and rough carpentry, siding, custom interior finish carpentry, kitchen and bathroom remodels, cabinet making and installation and refacing, wood floor repair, and milling and installing crown molding and interior trim. “Opportunity Construction helped us through the vision, design and construction of a 350 sq. ft. bedroom addition with a bathroom, and new concrete patio. Dean is an honest, hard working contractor. He is a very good communicator, helping us understand what we may like best and coming up with some very creative solutions for us. We ran into some problems here and there, but he always stuck with it and dealt with sub contractors until things were made right. thank you for all your hard work and effort.
