“Matt knows his craft, not only is he a general contactor, he knows every aspect of construction from framing to electrical to finish work. To date he has: 1. Put in a skylight 2. Replaced cartper with wood floors throughout the house 3. Added french doors where only one doorway existed 4. Installed an insert into an existing fireplace 5. Replaced the deck 5. And even removed and installed a very difficult pool light His crew is professional and his prices are reasonable. Very Impressed and highly recommended.”

“I am on the second phase of a whole house remodel with Trilogy and I have nothing but praise for them. They have shown great flexibility when working with me and their subcontractors have been both pleasant and professional. If there is a problem, which occurs when one is living in the house during the project, Trilogy gets it fixed right away. Beth and Shawn have been a lot of fun to work with and always try to accommodate my sometimes quirky demands. I would work with them again any time.”

“I contracted Meyer Restoration to remove and replace bath valve w/ simple shower valve, Install 2 stainless grab bars, repair plaster and tile after repairs in the bathroom at my Mother's house in Gridley, Ca. I knew from the very start that he was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the right tools and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. I also contracted Meyer Restoration to install a NEST learning thermostat at the same residence. He also repaired bathroom GFCI receptacle and light switch at the same residence. These two jobs were done together at a different time than the bathroom job above. Again, it was done in a very timely manner. My experience with Meyer Restoration was nothing but professional and pleasant. Anyone that contracts this company do have work done for them will receive the highest quality craftsmanship in my opinion.”

“Being new to the area, I found Lovett Building by pure chance. I assumed I'd have to meet several contractors before finding a match. Not so! Ben Lovett can handle everything from design to digging, foundations to fancy, paint to plumbing. But beyond being a capable creative contractor, Mr. Lovett has ideas and vision. I was embarking on a total remodel of a shabby 1940's miners cabin, and I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! And yet, I knew a lot about how I wanted it to feel in the end. So I needed a very patient builder who was also an astute listener. And naturally, I also needed someone honest, hard working and communicative. Lovett Building met all these needs, in addition to all the basics: accountable, thorough, and stayed within budget and timeline. The process (1 year) was fun and interesting, and I am now living in my dream home. Could not be happier!”

“Trustworthy and accurate inspections and quality workmanship on repair jobs. Recently had another contractor do some repair work but, it was not done correctly. The work had to be corrected and completed IMMEDIATELY to close escrow on time. Billie Love and his crew at Feather River Termite saved the day did an excellent job, quickly and with no doubt, done correctly! Will continue to use Feather River Termite for Wood Destroying Pest inspections and routine (and EMERGENCY!) pest repairs.”
