“Simply put, Legacy Builders were amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication is top notch, everyone we worked with (Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven) were easy to get ahold of and were quick to respond. Jon and Sadie took the time up front to help us design our ADU and the final product reflected that, even going over potential hiccups that could happen so we would be aware and prepared if anything did happen. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch offering different options for estimates depending on which kind of work/look we wanted. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Evan (our project manager) would always keep us in the loop about when things were happening and next steps to come, so we were never left wondering "what's happening next?". They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing construction/design work done. If we have another project in the future we will definitely be returning costumes.. oh yeah and our project ended up being completed a whole 2 MONTHS than the original estimated completion date! We absolutely LOVE our ADU- now 840sqft which my husband and I live in and couldn’t have done it without Legacy Builders.”

“Odenwald Construction Inc. built a custom home and barn/guesthouse for us in 2011. They managed the project from beginning to end with professionalism, honesty and integrity. Our property was raw land, (20 acres) and required much in the way of planning. We had no utilities and are located in a rural area. The Odenwald team handled everything from design to permits then subsequently to construction. They helped us with everything from acquiring electricity & solar energy, to heater floors and all of our many beautiful finishes. All of these feats were managed without a glitch and we enjoyed the entire process. They came in on time and in never went over the promised budget. We worked in perfect harmony. This is the best recommendation we can give in today’s world to a fabulous builder…”

“My husband is a structural engineer and I'm an artist and when we purchased our own "fixer" in a great neighborhood, we were prepared for a lot of unexpected things, but not completely. We were faced with a home that needed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, window issues, a kitchen gut, master bathroom gut as well as general updating and decor. We were given Tim Reid GC number among others and found our salvation. Tim is thorough, professional and a perfectionist. He vetted our sub-contractors and put together a team that was A-1. With Tim's guidance, we have a beautiful, functional home that otherwise could have been a disaster. He was able to to guide us, provided insight and his considerable knowledge to our project. We cannot say enough about Tim Reid GC and suggest that you work with your designers to set scope and then give serious consideration to hiring Tim Reid GC to get it done.”

“Harvey and his team handled a whole basement remodel for us. He had previously remodeled some bathrooms for us so we knew the quality of his work and how easy he is to work with. It was a challenging space with structural and design issues and he had great practical solutions and ideas to get the most out of the space. The proposal and budget was very detailed so there were no surprises. When we did have to make changes, Harvey presented the options and we decided. Lastly, we were on a tight schedule and everything was completed on time and on budget. We are really happy with the results and are enjoying our new rooms!”

“The Gossage Group Inc. was referred to me by friends who remodeled their home and were pleased with the results. I purchased a fixer upper in Heritage Ranch, Paso Robles and hired the Gossage Group Inc. to do the remodel. The day escrow closed they began the project. The Gossage Group did a complete remodel. New roof, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, plumbing etc.. The entire project was completed in less then two months. The quality of work performed was great! Darin Gossage was a pleasure to do business with and was quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend the Gossage Group Inc.”
