“For a long time, I wanted to remodel my kitchen and add on a breakfast room. As a homeowner, I wanted to employ a contractor who could integrate all the components of a remodel and manage the entire process from start to finish, without my husband or me to oversee and inspect the project on a daily basis. After much research, I hired Unique Builders & Development Inc. From day one, upon meeting Steve, he was completely professional and showed a passion to make my dream kitchen a reality. Steve and his team gave us the incredible experience of watching our dream kitchen emerge from conception to reality. It was an enjoyable experience and no worries about quality, integrity, and honesty…it was there at all times. Their new and creative ideas made our kitchen truly incomparable to any other. They made every effort to discover our personalities and introduce them into all aspects of the remodel, making it uniquely ours. His team demonstrated meticulous craftsmanship and provided exceptional customer service. The kitchen and cabinet designers worked hand in hand with me to make sure that my kitchen utilized my space in the best possible way. “I had 40 year old galvanized pipe finally give up, resulting with the kitchen and dining room ceilings falling in, right before our sons wedding, with all sorts of relatives coming to stay at our house. Great timing huh!!! GB Contractors came in an told us not to worry, that we got this. GB contractors did a wonderful job replacing the ceilings, the walls an the crown and base moulding, they ripped out the old counter tops and replaced them. They were able to salvage our 40 year old custom cabinets and refinish them, making them look better than new, they did all the work, all we had to do, was pick paint and tile colors, sinks, faucets and light fixtures, basically we ended up with a 21st century kitchen in a 20th century house and they did all this on time an within budget. Finding fantastic contractors that are good to their word these days can be difficult, my wife an I were very fortunate to find GB Contractors. We need a bathroom redone GB, give me shout when you have time.”

“If I were to build a home or do a remodel job Morningstar Builders would be a top 5 choice as a contractor in the greater Houston area. Being a supplier to a contractor you truly get to know what type of company they are. I can tell you that they do not cut corners and ask me how they can do a job for cheaper, but rather they ask what they can do to make a job better. This is uncommon in many contractors I work with these days. Morningstar works with you from the beginning to the end. They do not just sell the job, but they help to build it and design it. They really do treat each job as if it was one of their own. I have been happy to know them and work with them and look forward to many years to come.”

“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”
