“The first project was a kitchen re-do including a six foot addition plus converting the basement into an apartment. The work was very high quality and improved the outside appearance of my house. His bid was comparable to others and I liked the fact he worked by himself (except for subcontractors) rather than a large crew. He always had a solution for any problem during the construction and the job was completed on schedule and within the budget. Since then he has been back at least six times for smaller projects. I did not bother to obtain other bids for any of them. I would highly recommend this contractor - which I have.”

“Bobbie and Monty stopped out several times during the short project checking on things, seeing progress, etc. They did an amazing job following through, making sure I was happy as a customer and helpful when it came to making decisions! After I tried to complete my bathroom floors myself with peel and stick vinyl, I had to call in the pros. I decided have tile put in. While there, we decided to do the backsplash in my kitchen. They were able to demo and install very quickly. They did such an amazing job!”

“KRM Development came highly recommended from our architect. We were impressed from the very beginning when we met with the owner Kirk Michelson. He took the time to listen to what was important to us and was very knowledgeable about what materials to use, the costs, and the expert sub-contractors to get the job done right. Everyone we worked with from KRM Development, including their sub-contractors and suppliers were people of integrity. We were so pleased with the excellent craftsmanship that was put into every detail. Brandon, our foreman led the project with a high level of knowledge, experience and professionalism and he demanded perfection in the quality of work that was done. They all went above and beyond to create a beautiful home from top to bottom. We relied heavily on our project manager Audrey who was a pleasure to work with in finalizing all the design details of our home. She led us through the process with ease and made an overwhelming task manageable and enjoyable. Her knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction was truly commendable. Our kitchen designer, Jenni did a wonderful job working with us to create a layout that was not only functional but very beautiful. Our overall experience with KRM Development was outstanding. It was an honor to work with such and outstanding group of people who became good friends throughout the project. We highly recommend them to anyone thinking of remodeling or building a home.”
