“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didn’t see them during the construction. “Meeting Joe, Anthony, Tor and the entire crew from ZANO was honestly one of the best things that could have happened... Not only did they do an incredible job on a very tough time line for a basement legalization space they are just some of the nicest people we have worked with. They went above and beyond in every possible way and the entire crew was delightful to work with. Legalizing an already finished basement was a very difficult project but they guided us through it through every step of the way and we could not be happier with the finished work! “We have used Monks several times. Our most recent project involved refinishing our floors and painting some inside of our house. These guys answer their phones, show up on time and give you a quote on their first visit. Then they started on time and finished on time. They weren't the cheapest way to go, but they were the only company I found that could handle the painting, floors and carpentry without subbing everything out. We felt it was worth the money to have one company running the entire project and we were right.”
