The second project was a total make over of the main bathroom. We could not have asked for better contactors and workers. They designed both projects taking in consideration our wishes, ideas and budget. The work was excellent and it was done rapidly and efficiently. They were very well organized. At the end of the day, they would leave the place clean. Through the renovation, they keep us informed of the progress and the next step to be. They were very professional, respectful and polite while working. Their workmanship skills were remarkable. We are totally satisfied with the work done in our house. “We had Justice add 600 square feet including basement to our living room and kitchen including gutting the existing 50 year old kitchen and rebuilding the kitchen completely. It also included blending the old living room drywall, flooring and lighting to match to old part of the living room to the new living room. They did all of the work, I was only involved with making day to day decisions with them, choosing finishing materials etc. We lived in the house at the same time, they were very courteous in blending in with our lifestyle and doing the construction work. We designed everything using a simple CAD software and used that as a basis for the contract. They made a lot of good suggestions by getting involved with the basic design. They took every effort to keep the dust to a minimum and removed all construction debris on a daily bases which kept the yard and interior as clean as physically possible. We landed up renovating 2/3 of the house. They brought construction material on an as need basis so there wasn’t a lot of material sitting for long periods of time. My experience with this contractor has been very positive. Paul gave us a quote for the complete job and stuck to the cost. We did upgrade material and changed our minds to the design as the work progressed and they responded very well. They also recommended better options during the construction for our consideration. They always looked for the lowest cost way of doing things without sacrificing quality. We always discussed these options and agreed on the way forward. As with most renovations, we discovered poor materials and poor workmanship with the original house that needed to be fixed. We agreed on what to do with these ( if anything) and the various cost options. They are very selective on the workers they employ. All of the workers never stop working, they are on time and are very knowledgeable in their craft. They will complete a job when they say they will. They worked every day including weekends if necessary. We dealt with 25 different subcontractors on our project. There was always a Justice guy on site whenever any of the subcontractors were there- without exception. They stayed until the subcontractor left the site. Justice billed a fraction of the agreed contract on a monthly basis but tended to be more of a month and a half. It was more based on the completion of major portions of the work completed. The billing was simply the approx percentage of work completed applied to the agreed contract price I would definitely use them again.”

“I hired the services of Sanchez Homes for a fairly significant reno project for my 8 year old town house in Ottawa. The company was hired to install hardwood flooring for the entire second floor, installation of hardwood stairs, removal, re-staining and reinstallation of handrailing, installation of new spindles, new baseboards and new trim. The project also included the removal of previous carpeting, baseboards and trim. The initial stage of the project; removal of existing flooring was a dirty dusty job that the company handled with professionalism and good humour. Sanchez Homes involved me throughout the entire project, helping me to choose from the selection of the hardwood, spindles and stains. There are hundreds of details involved in a project of this nature, many of which I had not anticipated. Sanchez Homes seemed to know all the details and options before the project even began, which saved me time and money Before installation of the new flooring, the company was able to solve a constant irritant that had been with my house since the day it was built; the floors creaked incessantly. Sanchez Homes solved this by screwing hundreds of screws into the floor boards and re-anchoring the wall framing, a simple but labour intensive solution that other companies may have overlooked. Their trades people were experienced knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The attention to detail was surprising, the overall results is what one would expect in an expensive custom built home. The results surpassed my expectations.......and I expect a lot from the people I do business with.”
