“We have known and been associated with Ray Geier and Cumberland Custom Homes for over 20 years now. They are currently finishing the third house we have asked them to build. Obviously, we are very pleased with their work. Ray helped us plan our layout, create the architectural design, select materials and achieve the energy efficiency we were seeking. His skills and knowledge of the building process have led to what we feel is a very successful project. He has been most helpful in guiding us through the many decisions and compromises necessary to get what we want at a price we can afford. “With 100% certainty I recommend Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Not only were they eager to answer any questions I had at the beginning of our project, but their quickness, kindness, and overall excellent work was absolutely top notch. I can’t thank the company enough for their work with us and I would definitely work with them again if the need came up. The project itself lasted five days and included demoing the original shower floor and wall tiles. Once that part was done they installed the shower floor and wall tiles we selected and would ask us questions about anything they were curious about (whether we wanted the wall tiles to be vertical/horizontal, did we want them staggered, what color grout, etc). The fellas that performed the demo and install showed up early each day and were as respectful as can possibly me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“We hired Karma Home Designs to renovate our bathroom area, refinish hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and change the conventional hot water heater to a tankless electric water heater. Karma's crew did an excellent job converting an old one-unit tub shower to a frameless walk-in shower that now looks like a million dollars!! Also did a very nice job painting the entire home and refinishing hardwood floors that had deep cuts and numerous scratches. Our home feels more spacious and bright. Karma's managing partners are young, professional and have the knowledge to propel them to greater heights. They are personable, honest and worked well with us to make our vision a reality! Karma's strength is working within the budget. As in every renovation project, there were some delays and hiccups along the way but Karma worked diligently to address those issues. Will not hesitate to recommend Karma, and we would use them again!!!”

“I don't normally review anything unless I am either super impressed or extremely mad. And I have to say, I am so super impressed and extremely happy with my new kitchen. I just bought a house in Rockville area, and I hated the existing kitchen. After scrambling through the websites, I came upon Cyrus Construction. So, I gave it a try. From first call to the last hour that the crews were here, I had a smooth and great service, plus the absolute workmanship. James was so courteous and patient when I had him explain certain things to me over and over, again and again. The crews were punctual, and very polite. Whatever I want done, I just call the office, and I have it taken care of by the crews. Besides the service, they also have great selections of cabinet and granite counter top. The products that James presented to me are beautiful and of top quality. The only frustration I had with this kitchen renovation was what to choose. Anyway, I ended up with the Bianco Antico granite and Vanilla Cream Pewter Glaze cabinet. This combination of cabinet, counter top, knobs, lighting, and even vent is absolute gorgeous. Every time I walk in this new kitchen, I feel "Gooood"!”
