“Our job was a complete remodel of our kitchen which included moving a wall and completely gutting the flooring in the kitchen, entry, laundry and second bathroom. We had a heated tile floor, custom designed cabinetry, recessed ceiling lights, appliances, windows and countertops installed. Nathalie Pillsbury listened to our "wants", made recommendations, met us for many product decisions, addressed our concerns and inevitable changes and was genuinely involved in our project. Mike Roloff hired excellent subcontractors, so that the finished product is outstanding. (Of particular note was the amazing "granite guy", Michael Ambrose, of De La Tierra Stoneworks). This company obtained the necessary permits and held to an agreed upon written timeline. All in all, a very satisfying, albeit disruptive as any remodeling/construction project is, experience. Kudos!”

“I wanted to do a small remodel on my guest bath by removing the tub and creating a nice walk in shower with luxury amenities. Fackler had previously done a number of small handy man type work for me and I had no hesitancy asking them to do a larger project. My next project will be with Fackler too. They were on time, the work was professional, the Fackler employees were exemplary. All in all a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your projects small or large.”

“Evergreen Renovations was recommended to us by another satisfied neighbor across the street when he learned of our difficulty in finding a competent yet cost-efficient roofer. Everyone we had contact with from Evergreen Renovations was helpful, compassionate, sympathetic and understanding of our severe financial limitations due to my disability and inability to work and my wife's part-time income. It was obvious that we needed a new roof ASAP, but at a price we could work with. They came through with flying colors, their staff was cordial and always polite, considerate, competent, and the work was done when they said it would be done!
