“Cut masters did an amazing job adding custom details to our otherwise boring old house! They put built in's on either side of our fireplace and trimmed around out flat screen TV. In addition to that they put beautiful crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting on the main floor. It has absolutely transformed our house into a home. Lastly, they put a classic Carrara marble backsplash in the kitchen, a custom mirror surround in the powder room and opened up the wall from the kitchen to the family room! AMAZING!!!”

“I have used Hogan Design and Construction for two different projects in my home and I couldn't be happier with the results of both projects. The first project was to install a sliding glass door in an area where there was just a door and window. It was a large project that required cutting in to the wall of my house. The second project was having them completely demolish and re-do both bathrooms in my house. This was a very large project. The level of professionalism shown on both projects was outstanding. I always knew when workers were scheduled to be working in my house, I always knew what specific work was scheduled, and I always knew whether the project was on schedule or not. I've worked with other contractors and one of the biggest complaints I had with them was that there communication was spotty at best and non-existent at worst. With Hogan Design, I was never in the dark. They were up front and honest with me and most importantly, when they said they were going to do something, they did it. I've found this to be a rare quality amongst contractors. I couldn't be happier with the work completed by Hogan Design and Construction and I will definitely be using them again for any future projects that I have. When you find a good contractor, you hold on to them.”

“We hired Clyde Brothers to help us with renovating a 100+ year old home that needed a lot of work. We had a vision of what we wanted, but still made a lot of changes along the way as we continued to revise our end goal. They did a great job of listening to our ideas while providing creative suggestions and useful ideas along the way to eventually turn our vision into a reality. Despite the unforeseen challenges that come with renovating an old home, they still finished the project on time and with the highest quality. The end result turned out better than we imagined. They were easy to work with, and we look forward to working with them again in the future!”

“Nottingham builders did an absolutely phenomenal job building our dream home! From helping us to identify an architect and being there every step of the way throughout the design phase, to providing complete transparency regarding budget and their profit margin (It's a simple cost + % model) and helping to ensure we stayed within our budget -- Nottingham was completely above board. “Whelan has helped us completely redo our house. They redesigned our kitchen, moved our laundry room upstairs, redesigned our master bathroom, redid 2 other bathrooms, replaced half our windows, front door, hard wood floors, deck, and water heater. Throughout all the projects they worked with us on the design and cost upfront and stuck to it. They communicated well during the project and always left the house clean, even in the midst of messy projects. It isn’t fun living through major construction, but they worked with us to make it as easy as they could. All the projects are spectacular and we get so many compliments when we entertain. I would highly recommend working with Whelan Builders!”
