“We hired Maksim to help us do dry rot repair and a patio door replacement. We are so happy with how it all turned out. Throughout the process Maksim kept us informed, was very professional and walked us through what he was doing. Maksim is also reasonably priced! “We hired Adrian for our covered Patio and outdoor kitchen project. He immediately contacted an architect and engineer for the drawings and plans. He was extremely easy to work with and available at a moment's notice with our questions and concerns. It was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend him for your home project. He has good relationships with his subs and can move a project quickly. During covid, when we all needed to do outdoor activities, I wanted my side gate to be more accessible and look like part of the house. I am still so pleased with the outcome.”

We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. “In January 2014 we had a total kitchen remodel done by Stellar. The old kitchen was small, outdated and dysfunctional. They removed everything and expanded the kitchen footprint. We supplied the flooring, cabinets, counter top, back splash, appliances, sink, faucet and hardware. Total cost was $29,000 for labor. The transformation is amazing and we still get compliments from everyone who sees it. Overall it was a good experience. We lived in the house while the renovation took place, which is not something I would recommend, but they were able to work around us and after about 3 months we have a "stellar" home.”

“I engaged House on the hill Construction to build a world class Lash Studio called Dekalash in Castro Valley (salon) and I am so happy . Not only the work was done beyond my expectation , the team took care of all the coordination with all the parties .. I never had to visit the site and my staff love the beautiful studio. They are always accessible , kept me informed of all the progress and I don't have words. I have already referred them to my fellow franchise and they are my future construction partners . You are always welcome to take a tour of their work at Dekalash Castro Valley and you will know what I am talking about . Besides construction, the team also did all the assembly of furnitures , pictures etc etc I am recommend with highest possible recommendation .”
