“Chomak Construction is a team of well trained and well organized workers who get the job done in time and on budget. Brent Chomack did a complete reno on Lochside for my clients, creating a walk-in closet and master on-suite for the Mbedroom. He totally remodelled three bathrooms, finished a media room and opened a kitchen wall to allow a full ocean view. Brent is working on another project right now and all I can say that my clients and I are extremely happy with his fair pricing and his attention to detail. His integrity is par none.”

“We hired PM Construction to rebuild our very large front deck. The job was tricky as it was over our garage and quick work was necessary to keep down any damage from the environment. It was also important, as this was the main entry to our home and the focal point of all those that came to visit. PM was able to completely rebuild our deck in just a few days and help us find and select materials that were far better than the original ones used. We were very satisfied with the outcome and the price. Thank you PM Construction!”

“I hired Elco contracting to replace the flooring in my condo. Initially assumed it would be a simple floating floor installation, however due to building settling, became a more extensive job than previously thought. Ryan communicated really well regarding the increased scope of work and how it impacted the end result. The level of pride he took in his work showed in the immaculate finished product. I highly recommend for any laminate/tile jobs in logistically challenging apartments.”
