“Greg was recommended to us by 4 or 5 people. Best decision we've made so far is hiring him as our contractor. Here's why: 1. He's a builder's builder: Very talented and creative, has a lot of excellent ideas. He's not your standard contractor that just "reads the plans" - he's met multiple times with our architect to go over the details and to offer some really great suggestions. Very impressed with the level of collaboration! 2. He's very conscious of your budget: I've had a lot of ideas for the house. Like most people, we have a budget for this build. Greg has kept me in line whenever I come up with another of my "brilliant" (as in, costly) ideas. What I truly appreciate is that each and every time, he's offered some really great alternative so that I get the look I was going for without breaking the bank. 3. He does quality work: I've seen homes he's completed and they're fantastic. 4. He's a good guy: Even his subcontractors rave about him. We stop by the lot on a regular basis to take pictures of the progress. Most of the time, the subcontractors are there working. Without fail, when we talk to them we hear about how nice a guy Greg is and how much they like working for him. Might be a big part of why his homes turn out so well. Happy employees do great work. 5. He's easy to get in touch with and is very responsive. Not the kind of contractor that disappears on you! Highly, highly recommend.”

“I have been a practicing Interior Designer for 34 years and have had the opportunity to work with many Contractors. The House Doctor receives high marks from me! Charlie Angell has a team of tradespeople that meet on site at the beginning of the job so that the scope of work is clear. His bid is clear and specific. His team arrives when promised, works to completion, and leaves a clean job site. Without exception, their work is excellent. I think so much of The House Doctor, that I have contracted them for personal work as well. No job is without "issues," but if any occur, Charlie works to correct them to the client's satisfaction - all in timely fashion. I can think of few professionals in this field that work to this level of excellence.”

“Steve Tilton and the team at Coastal Signature Homes built us a beautiful Low Country home in Okatie SC. Steve really understands the Low Country style and provided a lot of design advice as well as interior design suggestions. His attention to construction detail and quality of materials from butt board walls, moldings, reclaimed pine floors to the exterior features was excellent. Customer service was great through the construction phase, (done long distance) and even after close for the inevitable punch list.”

“We began working with Chris at All in One almost 2 years ago. His estimate was competitive and we were able to visit one of his current projects at the time, and were pleased with what we seen. Chris worked with us through every step of the process. We ultimately did a complete remodel of our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. The scope of our project included complete kitchen and bath remodels. New beams, custom fireplace and entertainment center in the living room, as well as new flooring, paint, lighting, baseboards and interior doors throughout. Chris was his crew did an exceptional job. The job only ran about 1 week over the projected completion date, which considering that work began and ended during the height of Covid, we definitely could not complain about that. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the final product. Almost 1 year after completion, we have only had one very minor issue. It was a design issue with one of our tub enclosures which had nothing to go with the workmanship. Chris has returned twice offering options to remedy the problem. I would hire this company again if we ever decided to do another remodel and would recommend them without hesitation! After all was said and done, I consider Chris my friend, not just our contractor.”

“If you're looking for someone trustworthy, hard working and honest - these are the people!!!! They're technicians communicated with me during the entire project, whether to tell me they were on the way or getting ready to leave for the day to the progress they made through-out the day I mean these guys really know their stuff. I am a homeowner and LOVE DIY projects, but I just do not have the time to get them done so hesitantly I didn't know if my projects would be too small for them to complete anyway - they had no problem helping me with my "Pinterest projects" and we ended up doing bigger projects (remodeling my outdated bathroom and some other updating in my kitchen) due to the success we had with just my maintenance and repairs I needed done. I didn't realize how financially reasonable these prices would be, Ive heard of my friends spending so much more than I did and they did a fantastic job. I will definitely be a returning customer!”

“Last October and January we have had our place at the beach tiled and both bathrooms renovated. Mr. Watts and his crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. It looks great and we love it. The job was done properly and timely. The workers were nice and cleaned up once finished. The kitchen is next!”

“My master bathroom was old and needed updating. I called American Craftsman Renovations and met Kevin on site. He and I discussed my thoughts and ideas and he quickly turned around a detailed estimate. I was impressed with Kevin's attention to detail and customer service from the very beginning. Since we would be living in the house during the renovation, I knew that these qualities would be paramount. Kevin and his guys were all very professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. The quality of the craftsmanship in all aspects of the project impressed me; tile work an, cabinets in particular. The job was completed on time and on budget. Kevin was there every step of the way to answer questions and to keep us updated on the project. I would use American Craftsman Renovations in the future and would and do recommend them for any home improvement job.”
