“The whole experience with Bespoke Living was excellent from start to finish. They were professional from the first time we met and always kept to the timelines they set, including when I would receive the original quotation. I think I was quite a tricky client but they were always polite and patient with my questions. The standard of their work was flawless with incredible attention to detail pointing out issues which I wouldn't have noticed. I chose awkward tiles and difficult grouting but the finished result is exactly as I imagined and I love my new kitchen and bathroom! I have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Living and if/when I do another project I wouldn't use any other company!”

“This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”

I can fully recommend S&S to anyone, the attention to detail is first class and several neighbours have told me of their 'garage envy' following the work! I would use the company again without hesitation and have already recommended them to a neighbour (who has hired them!)”
